I first want to apologize for the inconvenience we have caused, and how this situation was miss communicated, but let me try to clear things up. When you finance a vehicle, the bank holds the title and the paperwork to your lien. When you decline an item after the paperwork is processed, we must send the check to both you and the bank that financed the car. There must be a record of the declined product, because it is on the load, and the bank must use the returned funds against the item that was declined. We are bound and cannot just send you a check.
