Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Poor customer service New to leasing a vehicle and I was told 36,000. Everything covered including maintenance. I went at 6 months they told me I didn't have enough miles yet. I could wait until 10,000. So they didn't do one at the time. Now they tell me it will be $215 for an oil change and other maintenance. I only have 6000 miles on this car. I was mislead by my first service visit and never explained anything. More

Not going to deal with this dealer anymore... I absolutely question their ability to provide adequate service on the vehicles that they service. I took my brand-new truck in for the included five I absolutely question their ability to provide adequate service on the vehicles that they service. I took my brand-new truck in for the included five oil changes. Recently I performed my sixth oil change in my garage. I was quite disappointed when I could not loosen one of the skid plate bolts. I had to use my large Milwaukee Impact to break it loose. Turns out it was installed incorrectly and was cross threaded. After removing the skid plate I had to replace the filter. When I tried to open the filter housing I couldn't get it open as well. I had to use my impact on that as well. Needless to say it is hard to have any trust in this dealership when they can't complete a simple job correctly such as an oil change. As mentioned before I will not be having future service done at this dealership and will travel the extra 40-60 minutes to another Toyota dealership hoping they can get the job done correctly. More
