I started my search for a new vehicle in late March 2019 through Costco's auto-program. I was paired up through that program with Ryan and could not be happier. He was extremely kind, courteous, gracious and patient. I was originally looking for a truck but ended up revising my search over many, many, many months and LOTS of test drives on a brand new Hybrid Rav-4. As I stated, I started the search in late March 2019 and just bought the new car on November 18th (8 months later). Ryan never blinked, lost his patience or got frustrated with me and my deliberation with this decision. He knew I was taking my time and never once pressured me or hounded me with emails, calls, etc. But when I did contact him with questions or wanting to take yet another vehicle for a test drive, he was always right there for me. I love the new car and my experience with him and Toyota of Brookfield was top notch. I will be back when we get a new car for my wife. Thanks Ryan! More

It had been 12 years since my last purchase, but all I had to do was click a button on a website. From there, I received a call from the dealership, and was referred to Luis Ferrer. I scheduled a test drive, and he was able to competently answer all of my questions. I returned later in the evening, to make the purchase. It was close to closing time, but they stayed late to complete the transaction, even though we could have done it the next business day.
