There was an ad online for a car in our price range. Drive there on a Sunday to look. The car is no where to be found. Called them on Monday and the lady told us it’s available. She asked us what time w Drive there on a Sunday to look. The car is no where to be found. Called them on Monday and the lady told us it’s available. She asked us what time would we like to go and look. We scheduled for 6:30pm. Got there around 6:30 that evening and no one came to help us. We drove around and saw the car in the back behind the building. Didn’t look like the car went through inspections yet. It didn’t have a sales tag on it. We drove around to the front and my husband went inside to get help. He was told the car is not ready. They wasted our time driving out there twice. Three days later Bryan the sales man called us to go look at the car. We scheduled a time of 6:30pm. Before we left the house the price on the car went up almost $2,000. We called and left a voicemail for Bryan. He called us back and advised us that the price went up due to what was done to the car. Why would you lie in the first place about the price of the car. Second the car was ready to be shown but you tell customers to come in. When the customer showed up you are no where to be found for your 6:30 appointment. Stop wasting people’s time for a quick sale. Your reputation and integrity should be your biggest concern not making a quick dollar. Never will I buy from them. Looks like money hungry people. Your phone operator says you care about your customer and you are family owned. Do something about it, obviously this was our first contact with you guys and it’s beyond disbelief that a dealer as big as yours have no integrity and professionalism. If I could give you a zero I would!! More
