Wow! I drove almost 300 miles for a Toyota Avalon that they had. I applied without seeing or test driving the vehicle and all I can say is WOW! I have 2 other Toyota dealers within 10 miles of my house. I decided to travel an extra 15 miles because of the great things I had heard of Toyota of Brookfield. I was not disappointed. I requested a q house. I decided to travel an extra 15 miles because of the great things I had heard of Toyota of Brookfield. I was not disappointed. I requested a quote online and within 5 minutes I had a PDF telling exactly what to expect. Within 5 minutes after that I received a courteous call from their internet department letting me know the time that they closed and to come check out the truck at my own time - no pressure. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Jackson who provided me with additional information and invited me for a test ride. I did not feel pressured at all. I arrived at the dealer ~ 1 hour later and was treated with dignity and respect from the first step to the showroom to the moment I drove away. It took us no more than 2 hours to test drive and negotiate a deal. No hassle whatsoever. Jackson worked with me diligently to get the best deal possible and I couldn’t be happier. Hands down the best Toyota dealer in the area. Will definitely be getting any future vehicles as well as service for my new one there. Worth the extra 25 minutes of driving. Thanks again Jackson! Simple process, Great Customer Service We unexpectantly had to replace our vehicle at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We met with Brianna Glosson at Brookfield Toyota, and test drove th We unexpectantly had to replace our vehicle at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. We met with Brianna Glosson at Brookfield Toyota, and test drove the car that we had our eye on. We had to finalize some things with insurance on our end before we could move forward with purchasing the car. During this time, Brianna provided excellent communication and customer service skills in answering any questions we had. About 2 weeks after our test drive when it came time to purchase the vehicle, we reached out to Brianna to let her know we wanted to move forward. We had some concerns about going to the dealership in the middle of the health pandemic with our three-year-old daughter. Brianna made sure to do as much as possible with us virtually before having us drive to the dealership. When we arrived at the dealership, the process went incredibly smooth. We had two small things to finish up with Brianna including inspecting the vehicle and then we were on our way to meet with Zak Yanasak to finalize our finance paperwork. We were very pleased with how quick the process went along. The following day we received a very nice phone call from the sales manager, Nineveh, checking in on how everything went. Overall, we were very pleased with everything from our initial interactions with Brianna to the time we brought the car home. More

Just some "suggestions", though (I'm also in the "service" business): 1. Have a brief detailed brochure for each extra "package" that is being presented to you. We're still not sure about every single benefit in the package we purchased (windshield protection, key-fob protection, etc.). Instead of one detailed listing on a single piece of paper or slim-line brochure we ended up with 3-4 scattered sheets of paper in the final folder we received...along with some scattered email instructions to sign up for an additional perk we have to apparently activate. Again, two fairly expensive packages were thrown into the original quote with no explanation what they even covered. Also, in hindsight, I believe we would have opted for the MORE expensive package (an extended warranty type) over the one we actually purchased IF they were very simply laid out side-by-side from the get-go. Again, our business uses a lot of concise, bullet-point type brochures when we present to clients....with detailed instructions on the sequence of events on how to proceed, etc. 2. We also had to fill out a few things on the computer while Brianna was juggling other business (again, we told her we were in NO rush, though). Trying to locate the various packages, complete some forms, etc. I also found it odd that we were "required" to fill out so many "extra" items that didn't seem necessary (the names, addresses and phone numbers of three contacts (we were paying cash) AND some other tablet items on consumer preferences, etc. I'm not so sure any of these things needed to be done that day, though (probably not "required" to complete the sale). Overall, very nice dealership and seemingly nice vehicles. Also, Brianna and Michael were great. Just a few details I'd personally streamline or clean up in order to purchase another vehicle from Napleton. Thanks again! Jamie Kimball More
