Quintin was very courteous and knowledgeable of services offered. He could tell I have a hard time hearing in busy environments and clearly explained the details of the inspection report in nice manner. I offered. I would not have noticed some filters accidentally didn’t get installed. He went the extra step to not only get them installed that day but make sure I was compensated. As part of that agreement, I gave my word that I would not test drive the other option I was considering. We agreed to the deal at 10am 2. Told sales person I would be in at 3pm to sign docs 3. 1pm received text that the vehicle I was scheduled to take delivery on was sold to another party. 4. Told that mgr wanted to talk to me about another comparable vehicle they would match price on 5. Upon further review, this secondary option was not apples to apples, asked for the new option have other options added to make it apples to apples. They rejected it. 6. My take- they had someone offer more than what my deal was and they sold the vehicle right underneath me. Didn’t even get a courtesy call saying they had another interested party. 7. Insult to injury- as I canceled my test drive with the other option I was going to look at ( I stated true to my word) I contacted that dealership and you guessed it- someone else purchased it. So, I was out of the deal I had made and out on the option with the other dealership. 8. Through all this, I requested that the GM ( Mark) call me.. I had emailed him as well... never heard back. Also requested that Tim ( Sales mgr) call me- never heard back. Instead they had the sales person ( Caitlyn) do their dirty work. I will say Caitlyn was very responsive and very professional... she was just doing their work. I have told many people about this incredibly rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional experience. More
I was aprehensive in visiting a dealership to purchase a car during this pandemic and as such I wore a mask the entire time. I was treated professionally by all members of the Toyota of Brookfield team howe car during this pandemic and as such I wore a mask the entire time. I was treated professionally by all members of the Toyota of Brookfield team however at times when I was in close proximity to one not wearing a mask, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I care for an elderly family member so contracting the virus would be very dangerous. Also I was told something different regarding the warranty between the sales person and the finance person. Lafanear was very patient and helpful during my purchase. Taras was very knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable to work with during that part of the process. When I purchase a vehicle I also sign up for the dealership's team of services while I own the car. Thank you to the sales team for finding the perfect car me. More
