She consulted with you personally about the price/negotiations of the car. You did not budge on the price, you did not try to compromise at all. I left your establishment due to the vehicle being a mere $1200 over my budget. Upon leaving, you avoided making eye contact with me, you failed to even acknowledge me as a customer. You did not even thank me for coming into your dealership. Brianna did not follow-up with me at all after I left. There was some follow-up from a manager, Eric 2 days later. Visting your dealership was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. I feel you and Brianna did not take me as a serious customer/buyer. Needless to say, I purchased a BMW X5 on Thursday from elsewhere and wanted to personally let you know that you indeed lost a sale. Your failure to acknowledge me as a customer, confirmed that my decision to walk out of your dealership without buying was the right decision. We very much liked Weston and his professional attitude, If he didn’t know an answer he didn’t hesitate to find out the answer. Terrible experience Went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment time. Even with the appointment it took over 2 hours for the oil change / ti Went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment time. Even with the appointment it took over 2 hours for the oil change / tire rotation, but the worst part is they caused $1800 in damage to my vehicle from improper lifting of the vehicle. After the appointment I noticed my fuel gauge was acting odd but didn’t think much of it until my vehicle ended up breaking down on the side of the highway. The vehicle was towed to a different dealership nearby where it broke down and they discovered damage to my fuel tank caused by Toyota of Brookfield. I have since spoken to both the Service Director (Tim Lange) and General Manager (Mark Krochmal) who flat out refuse to cover the damage Toyota of Brookfield caused to my vehicle. I will not let this slide from them causing $1800 in damage to my vehicle. I have since filed complaints with Toyota and the Better Business Bureau. If this is not resolved I will also be filing legal action against Toyota of Brookfield. More
