After two bad experiences in the last couple weeks with dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another dealerships, we were so pleased to finally have a positive experience. We walked away from the other two thinking that maybe we didn’t want another vehicle after all Jacob changed that attitude that we had. Jacob was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us to the point where we were OUT IF THERE. The dealership was honest with us in that when I called they still had a vehicle I was interested in, instead of luring us down and then finding out there wasn’t something after all thinking we could buy something else. I knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for when I came to the dealership. Brayan was courteous, friendly, and helped walk me through what the vehicle had to offer without pressuring me into an immediate to the dealership. He gave me the information necessary to talk things over with my partner and we returned the next day to purchase the vehicle. While there was a vehicle at a different dealership that I was also interested in, Brayan's personality, approach, and treatment of me was why we made the choice to return to Toyota of Brookfield. On day two, Brayan's positive approach, high-quality service, and clear communication continued. He worked with us to close a deal that was beneficial for both us and the dealership. While the closing took several hours, we expected this, and brought supplies to keep us busy, and accessed the hospitality area while waiting. When it was time to sign our paperwork we worked with Waqas Tariq, and the positive experience continued. Like Brayan, he was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed working with him. After signing all of our paperwork Waqas turned things back over to Brayan who once again, showed care, support, and appreciation. Though everything was complete, he took the time to review the vehicle features once more and helped me sync my phone to the vehicle. While we don’t intend to be shopping for a vehicle for several more years, this experience moves Toyota of Brookfield to the top of our list for a return visit. More

She was patient and I did not feel pressured and appreciated her being responsive to me instead of suggesting random vehicles. Wish I could give a NEGATIVE 100 stars. Where do I start to address everything that went horribly wrong with my experience at this dealership. My son, who was buying his first car (he had my hand-me-downs to address everything that went horribly wrong with my experience at this dealership. My son, who was buying his first car (he had my hand-me-downs before), went to the dealership and negotiated the price for a 2018 Acura TLX ASpec. They tried to add on $1,300 rust proofing, a year warranty for $1,200, and undervalued his trade-in by ½. Since he is a rookie at dealing with car dealers, I told him to remove those items as they are not needed and to have the trade-in value doubled. Now I understand trying to do the rust proofing/under value the trade-in to add some profit, but a warranty for a car that still had a year factory warranty on it…come on. So, he finally gets a great price (with a little help from dad) and makes an appointment to pick it up on Friday, August 14 at 4:00 p.m. I just knew it was going to be bad when I called the dealership to ask who the check needed to be made out to (I was getting a Cashier’s check from my bank). The front desk person had no idea, which is understandable, but the Sales Manager didn’t know either, not acceptable. When I finally received an answer, the person said that they didn’t think the dealership took Cashier’s checks, but only personal ones…another “oh-boy” moment. I get to the dealership around 4:10, but my son was there at 4:00. He comes over and tells me that an employee of the dealership took the car to run an errand and they aren’t able to get a hold of him. About 30 minutes later, we were told they were able to talk to the individual and he was going to come right back after his errand. About every 30 minutes, we asked the salesperson when the guy was coming back and we were told soon. Now if my son wasn’t so hyped up to get the car he wanted, after the second 30 minutes, I would have left. Four, yes 4 hours later (a total of 5 ½ hours at the dealership), the guy shows up with the car. I had left after doing all the paperwork and was told the guy was only 10 minutes out. It was almost 9 p.m. and I was at the end of my patience with this horrible service. Well, he actually shows up 40 minutes later. Come to find out, the employee went to Chicago! Now if they told me at 5 p.m. (being at the dealership at 4) that an employee accidently took the car and won’t be back until 9:30, I would have said OK and we’ll pick it up tomorrow…and they would have had at least a semi-positive review, but no, they kept up this charade for almost 6 hours. My recent experiences (I've bought 3 cars over the last 3 years) with other dealerships has been very positive. They were honest with any mess-ups they made and corrected them timely while keeping me abreast of the situation. I appreciated the honesty and they now have my trust. Can't say the same for this dealership. More
