He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. Pat Duket and Toyota of Brookfield have done a tremendous job. I purchased a 2020 Supra three months ago and the experience was second to none!! Luis Ferrer was very helpful when I bought my new 2020 Rav4. He went above and beyond to get the exact model and color I was looking for. He worked diligently to get me the trade in amount I was aimi Rav4. He went above and beyond to get the exact model and color I was looking for. Toyota of Brookfield had an extensive lineup of used Rav4s in my price range. Certified Used was the direction I went, of which 2 were the finalists. She answered all my questions, was helpful and friendly, and made sure I was treated well as a customer from introduction, test drive, financial bargaining, and she even took the time to drive the vehicle all the way down to Lake Geneva, as I wasn't able to make it to the dealership the next day to pick up the Rav4. I couldn't be happier. It is the perfect AWD vehicle for me. Not too big, not too small, just right. Only 27k miles on a 2016!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
