Not to pleased with my service. I had to wait over an hour and half for an oil change. That was with an appointment. I asked why such a long wait with an appointment and he really couldn't answer me. I feel they talk down to you where you do wjat they say because they know more then you. This is where they add more to your bill. Checking out they never showed me by bill prior to paying. They should help you not try to pull the wool over your eyes. I hate going there. I'm going to look for a local mechanic. They are probably cheaper as well. This is not the first time feeling this same way. I don't know who helped me. More

NEVER, has there been a surprise of cost because he gets in touch with me before proceeding with a job if it was quoted differently than what it was when I dropped the car off.
