i don't know what has happened here. but someone needs to look at what is supposed to be the "Service" Department. I bought my car new here in 2019, I assisted my daughter in buying her car here in 2014 (20 look at what is supposed to be the "Service" Department. I bought my car new here in 2019, I assisted my daughter in buying her car here in 2014 (2012 model year), I assisted another daughter buying her car here in 2020 (new). I expected more when it came to service. I recently found water on both my drivers side and passenger side floor. I called to make an appointment, a nice lady told me to keep the AC on as much as possible to help decrease the chance of mold; I did so. I thought she understood the issue but, when I received my confirmation email there was nothing in the reservation as to the water situation: I filled it in. I dropped my car off after hours so I filled out an envelope explaining the issue. The next day I received a call from a service rep to whom I again had to explain what was going on. She told me the Service Manager told her to call me to have me report this to my insurance company, this before they even looked at the car that is 3 years old with just 21,000 miles! I have been in the insurance business for over 40 years, I was disappointed that this dealer, like so many, was looking to find a way to bill someone else right off the bat rather looking to see what was wrong, Could it be covered under the extended warranty that I paid so much for (by the way, water is not covered) could it be a defect in the car? I spoke with the manger who told me they would look at the car, well that might have been a good idea from the start. The manager was back to me within an hour, it turns out it was a blockage in a tube in the ac system, that made sense. We discussed detailing the vehicle and to make my life easier I gave the go ahead to do the detailing at the dealership though it was twice as much as I would have paid elsewhere. The next day I left a message at noon time or so to find out if the car would be ready for pick up around 5, I needed to arrange a ride to the dealer. I waited 2 1/2 hours , no return call. I called again, "Ryan" left me on hold for 25 or so minutes, I called on another line, while still holding on the first line, and was put on hold again being told Ryan was on his way. A few minutes later "Katey" got on the phone and told me the car was ready. I received a text from a Brian Sullivan telling me it was a pleasure to service my vehicle and asking me to let them know how they did??? No link was included in the text so I wrote back and asked him "where do I do a survey?" I have not had a response, that was 3 days agor, I hesitated wring this but from the initial issue, to the failure to call me back, to placing me and leaving me on hold and then to send me a text looking for feedback without a way to do so and not responding when I ask how to give feedback... the dealer i once felt was different from the rest has proven not to be. More
Very disgusted by Jethro’s attention to service. He disregarded me as a customer, and within two hours of waiting for my car to get serviced—not once did he have the courtesy to check in with me about disregarded me as a customer, and within two hours of waiting for my car to get serviced—not once did he have the courtesy to check in with me about the progress. I had to go ask him for a progress only to find him at his computer watching YouTube videos. I felt discriminated against and under appreciated as a customer. Very poor service, unlike any customer service I’ve experienced before. More

They try to up sell things I didn't need than on their tech report everything came out good along with putting way to much air in my tires. If you have questions on your billing they call you rude and i tech report everything came out good along with putting way to much air in my tires. Great service. Quality work, fair pricing. No surprises. I have owned seven Toyotas in my lifetime, and with my experiences at Braintree Toyota with their service department, I have come to appreciate the va I have owned seven Toyotas in my lifetime, and with my experiences at Braintree Toyota with their service department, I have come to appreciate the value in having factory certified technicians do the work. I got 230,000 miles and 8 years out of my last Highlander, and I attribute a large part of that because I always had Braintree Toyota service it. With that said, I also value the importance of having a good service writer take care of you. Some don't know what they are doing, so are always looking to build your repair order up higher. I have been very fortunate to repeatedly find service writers in Braintree Toyota that were hard-working, honest, and looked out for my money as if it was their own. Because of this mindset and dedication, I keep coming back and it has paid in spades for me. Kendol Huggins is the epitome of this mindset, and I highly recommend that you give him a call or stop by to have your Toyota (or any make) looked at for repairs. More
