Very nice experience in service. Just a routine regular maintenance but still got the courtesy rides home and back. Prompt call when ready. Could not be easier. I went to get an oil change on my 1990 Camery, and I ask Eddie to change the TV channel to the Judge Mathis show and he had to look for the remote but he came back shortly with it and changed the channel. o Eddie to change the TV channel to the Judge Mathis show and he had to look for the remote but he came back shortly with it and changed the channel. on a commerical i walk around on the showroom admiring thecars when i saw a red 2010 Rav 4 It was the car I dreamed of it was the exact color I wanted,Oh I was elated. I walk away sadly thinking I could never afford a car like that, then Eddie walk over and said you should buy that car I said right!!! I can't afford that. He than said I can make it happen you could drive out of here today in that car. I said WOW How is this going to happen he than proceeded to get my credit info. and ask questions about what I expected and wanted a car to do for me. I felt like i was being interviewed for a game show and I was the Star well the next 10 minutes he returned and said you are approved for the car. I cried with Joy he made it happen and I did'nt have to do any kind of labor. Plates registration all was done through Eddie, and I didn't have to pay for the oil change they did on my old car. My car payment are affordable my husband was thrilled. I want to think Eddie and Walter for making my dream car come true. THANK YOU EDDIE AND MARK More
This was the single Best experience in a Dealership ever! I was impressed from the start. The Service waiting area was awesome. When my car was finished Brian gave me the good and the bad news in a helpful and friendly manner. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I have been to Toyota of Braintree with my recently purchased 2009 Scion xB a few times and every time I go there I am treated like part of the family. They are excited that I own a Scion and love talk purchased 2009 Scion xB a few times and every time I go there I am treated like part of the family. They are excited that I own a Scion and love talking to me about my car and they are always very helpful with any questions I ask them. Even when I need a last minute service done the day I call, they get me in and out in less than an hour! If you're looking to buy a Scion, you should go to Mike or Jeff, they are knowledgeable of the products they sell and they both even own Scions themselves, which just proves how much they believe in what they are selling. Had oil changed-filter was not tighened,. lost oil. No aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete wind aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete window regulator for over $300. I refused . Stopped at auto body shop on way home. They fixed window in 20 minutes. He said outside mirror had been clipped by another car and misaligened window track. Cost was $20. You be the judge. More
