I can't say enough good things about the service I got here. Even though it is highly unlikely that I would buy another Toyota Tundra, the service I have received at Toyota of Braintree is second to none.Toyota Even though it is highly unlikely that I would buy another Toyota Tundra, the service I have received at Toyota of Braintree is second to none.Toyota of Braintree is one of the best dealers I have done business with since I have owned my Tundra. Allow me to explain. The check engine light had come on and my right side brake needed to be replaced. I tried replacing the brake light myself only to find that all four brake bolts were rusted to the point where I could not replace the light. Also I was told it was going to be a fee to have the check engine light diagnosed. So with that feeling of dread I headed to Toyota of Braintree on Friday, March 28th 2014 to get this all fixed. I pulled up early Friday morning and was immediately met by a porter who took my information and walked me into meet the service advisor. This happens every time I come for service. I like this because I have to catch the train from Braintree, and I can't afford to be kept waiting. It is a nice feeling to know my time is valuable. I was met by Amanda F, and asked why I was there today. Usually its just an oil change, but today, I need an oil change, brake light replacement and check engine light serviced. I explained that I tried to replace the brake light myself and couldn't believe that the bolts rusted on a truck like this when my brother's GM and Fords brake light bolts haven't rusted like mine. She told me she would look at it and get back to me. I walked to the Braintree station and went to work. At 11 AM I got a call from Amanda saying the brake light was fixed, the oil change would be completed by the afternoon. The check engine light was due to air pumps that needed to be replaced. The pumps were going to be replaced for free because of the extended warranty when I purchased the vehicle. There would be no charge for the diagnostic, labor or parts. Nice. Amanda asked me to bring the truck in the following Monday and the pumps would be installed then. I walked to the dealer to get my truck and saw it outside. I decided to see how the bolts were removed since I didn't have the tools. Imagine my surprise to see all four brake light cowling bolts replaced with rust proof bolts. I was pretty stoked, I could see that when the brake lights needed replacing in the future it wouldn't be a problem to do it myself. A simple thing to be sure, but I know alot of places that would have just replaced the two bolts. I took my truck back Monday and again, I got the same treatment when I dropped off and picked up my truck. I got the same professional courtesy and treatment from all the Toyota of Braintree staff, and Amanda took the time to explain what was done to my truck. It may not seem like a big deal to most people, but in an age where you don't have to look someone in the eye to get service it is nice to see that an organization puts effort into fostering a culture of exceeding customer expectations. Keep up the good work Toyota of Braintree, and thanks Amanda for taking good care of me and my truck. More

This Toyota dealership has top quality repair technicians and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of m and facilities for everyone including their customers. But what makes this dealership really work for me is the service writers always take care of me, quickly, professionally, and with kindness from whatever mindset I am coming at them with. Sometimes I know exactly what I need for service and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I have all the time in the world to discuss my service needs and sometimes I don't. Sometimes I am frazzled and sometimes I am clear. This morning I didn't have time to wait and I just dumped my car and keys in the parking lot and they called me later on to ask what services I needed. They always make me feel like a valued customer. While the service prices are standard dealership level/book prices, the service is top notch and my experience has been that they ALWAYS get the work done no later and for no more cost than what they say they will. My car is always running perfect when I drive away. I highly recommend that you consider this dealership for your service needs. More
I was scheduled for my 75,000 mile check and worked with Amanda to book my appointment. I explained that I would be leaving the dealership immediately after the service on a long car trip and only had 1 ho Amanda to book my appointment. I explained that I would be leaving the dealership immediately after the service on a long car trip and only had 1 hour that morning. She assured me that the service would only take 1 hour. Upon arrival she was there to greet me and assure me that the job would be done in the timeframe I needed. Within 1 hour she found me in the waiting room and escorted me to the center to pay for the service. In the process of the service check, they discovered a very worn belt and replaced that in addition. Amanda exceeded all my expectations and provided me with the best car service and experience I have received since owning a car! Thanks Amanda. More

I purchased my RAV4 in February 2013. In June 2013 I began hearing a "clicking" sound in the steering wheel whenever I made a turn. I had the pleasure of speaking to Kenny Tempro who assured me that it was safe to drive the vehicle and that he would schedule a service call for me to bring in my vehicle. Upon arrival at the dealership for my appointment, Kenny met me at the door, drove my car into service and escorted me to meet with service representative, Brian Linn. I was a little nervous because I was not sure how to explain the problem the vehicle was having, other than that there was a "clicking" sound. Kenny took charge and explained the problem to Brian which put me at ease. Brian assured me that the problem will be taken care of. He also informed me that my vehicle was due for it's ("her") first maintenance checkup and that it will be taken care of also. Within a few hours I was back in my vehicle, there was no "clicking" sound, and it did not cost me anything. That's the way I like it.
