Excellent Service! First of all I want to say that Amanda is probably the most friendly customer service representative I have ever been in contact with! I had previously been in the shop for some work on my breaks and I had to return because I had caught a nail in my tire. She politely greeted me and told me not to worry because she had everything under control. I had to drop my car before I went to work and she was gracious enough to offer me a ride. I found that to be phenomenal. When the work on my vehicle was finished she charged me absolutely nothing because of the inconvenience I experienced when I had accidentally ran over a nail and had to return to Toyota so soon. She's the best! I want to work with her every single time I visit that branch of Toyota. Her generosity is how someone really creates repeat business. Great work Amanda! More

Great Customer Service!! Amanda Fournier is the best service advisor I have seen in the twenty plus years of my car dealership service experience. I purchased a Toyota Highlan Amanda Fournier is the best service advisor I have seen in the twenty plus years of my car dealership service experience. I purchased a Toyota Highlander in Toyota of Braintree last April, then I had a car accident back in March this year, I had my car repaired in a Auto Body Shop in Randolph, but they did not repair my car right, so I came to Toyota of Braintree and asked Amanda to take a look at my car and identify what the auto body shop did not repair/replace, Amanda not only helped to identify the problems with my car, she went above and beyond and helped me call and talk to the auto body shop twice to tell them the problems and ask them fix my car right. After the auto body shop refused to respond and yelled and hung up on her, Amanda did not give up on helping me, she called and emailed my insurance company and had the insurance adjuster come to the dealership to re-appraisal my car. Service Advisors like Amanda is the reason I go to Toyota of Braintree. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Braintree every one. More

Service Amanda Founier My brand new Prius, bought from another dealer, had a dead battery with less than 1000 miles! So flat dead it would not open the doors! I called your My brand new Prius, bought from another dealer, had a dead battery with less than 1000 miles! So flat dead it would not open the doors! I called your dealership, Amanda answered and told me how to open the doors. She then arranged to have the car towed to the dealership and promptly had a new battery installed, explaining it was a faulty battery, Of all the service people I have encountered, over the years, she is without a doubt one of the most well informed,caring,no nonsense service person I have worked with and she is a credit to Toyota, from my experience.
