The customer's perception is your reality EVERY time I have had to have service done on my "certified pre-owned" Toyota that I purchased here I have had nothing but problems! The service manger Ken is an arrogant condescending person who said to me " We don't make mistakes here" to which my response was oh that must be wonderful to be working with all robots because there is no way you can have humans working for you who NEVER make a mistake to which he responded I am telling you what your options are and I am not going to talk about this anymore with you ( the who conversation lasted 4 minutes. When I told him he was being rude and disrespectful he told me no he was not he was just being firm when in fact he was yelling at me so loudly I had to take the phone away from my ear and leave the room so not to bother my co-workers. Before I knew it she was calling me and going over the situation with an explanation as to what they felt was the issue. She also said she would follow-up with the service to pick me up at the appointed time so I could pick the car up. It was great to have her take charge of the situation as I was disappointed that I had to come back a second time in such a short period of time with the same problem. More

Everyone was incredibly easy to work with and very friendly and knowledgable. All the employees I encountered were courteous, kind, funny, and dependable. I worked with Sales Associate Patrick Nee, who was awesome and helped me every step of the way in choosing and eventually purchasing my car. Manager Mark McElroy was also very helpful in making the process of buying a new car easy. I will definitely work with Toyota of Braintree again and will recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new or used car. Thank you all so, so much! More

The Biggest Reasons to Buy here are the People and overall Quality of the Toyota vehicles. After visiting their showroom, meeting Sales, Service and Finance Folks, you'll wonder if there is something in the Water Cooler, because everyone makes you feel like part of a family and seem overly happy to be there. I immediately, went to the fountain and tasted some. Seemed Normal, Hmm? Fast Forward, we all know, that cars will need SERVICE, so it's all about SERVICE. I have never been disappointed ( Except the small loaner Corolas ...Sorry ) AND for these past 3 years, AMANDA, in Service has gone above and beyond to educate and help me with anything I needed fixed/repaired. She is the BOMB! Lastly, stay away from Run Flat Tires. They're brutal. You won't get more than 15,000/tire and the often wear unevenly. Michael Roman :) More

I have owned two Toyota's in the past 10 years and have had my Toyota of Braintree is an excellent dealership with an outstanding service department. I have owned two Toyota's in the past 10 years and have had my cars exclusively serviced at dealerships, but Braintree Toyota stands out among the best from my experience. Their service departments, Amanda Fournier is an exemplary service manager who knows her way around a dealership and the needs of customers. She understands car mechanics and is an adviser when necessary. She works with Braintree's computer system keeping excellent records of your cars service and will get your car serviced in a timely manner. I had major work done on my engine because it was using oil and was eligible for a Toyota warranty repair. I can't believe the job they did in one day, and I was on the road the next day and my car no longer uses oil. I had two oil changes since with excellent results. Waiting for your car at the dealership is a pleasure, not only because you can look at beautiful showroom cars, but because the waiting area has a nice big color TV, is comfortable and has a refreshment bar and vending machines. The dealership is beautifully clean and the cars are nicely placed around the showroom. As you can see from my review, I highly recommend Braintree of Toyota, and the excellent service of Amanda Fournier and the Braintree staff. It’s a great place! More
