Full service not performed I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I only received a tire rotation. Then when I called to see if I received the oil change the service per I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. I only received a tire rotation. Then when I called to see if I received the oil change the service person argued with me about the service I requested. Weather or not I requested the wrong service I would have expected the service person to just help me resolve the issue and get the oil change scheduled not tell me how I didn’t do the request correctly. Sold me a bad battery Had my battery replaced and was a defectitive battery. My car battery constantly died on me in the parking lot and i had to ask people to jump start m Had my battery replaced and was a defectitive battery. When i brought it in to the store to have the battery fix while still under warantee, the dealer says nothing wrong with it and brush me off numerous times. Once i replace it again at firestone my battery was good. Bad service at this dealership. You should stand by your product and cover your warantees. Would never buy a car in your store again. More
