Great experience at Toyota of Braintree! My AC drain hose was clogged and water had leaked into the car and ruined the carpet. It was an unbelievable smell. Paula Cashman was my service advis My AC drain hose was clogged and water had leaked into the car and ruined the carpet. It was an unbelievable smell. OLD LADY IN DISTRESS OVER HER CAR I was running errands and my tire light went on. I was afraid to drive to gas station so i went to this dealership that was right in the area I was a I was running errands and my tire light went on. I was afraid to drive to gas station so i went to this dealership that was right in the area I was at the time. They were so helpful and took care of the problem, fixed the valve and it was under warranty (Even better). There was a leak around the valve. I am so glad they took me without an apt. They were very kind, and considerate and patient, considering I am so flabergasted at all the technology in the cars now. Bells, alarms, alert lights, etc.They could have turned me away, and told me to go to the dealership where I bought the car. They took me right in to the service station. Amazing how kind some people are today. Restores my faith in Humanity. Hats off to Tufankjian Dealership and the young man that helped me Jethro Michel. More
