Not very happy I was shocked and angry when you sold me a car that had tires which only lasted 34,800 miles. I was also unhappy that it took two hours and 40 minute I was shocked and angry when you sold me a car that had tires which only lasted 34,800 miles. I was also unhappy that it took two hours and 40 minutes to change 4 tires. And I was even more angered when the paperwork says the car was completed at 11:58 AM and I did not get the car until 12:40 PM and they knew I was waiting at the dealership for the car. I have always had good relations with you up too this point but all of the above has rattled my confidence in you . Frankly I did not think the tires looked warned beyond allowable tread. Because of the other complications I am wondering if I was had or not. And as afar as the overall rating and would you recommend the dealership, how would you answer if your were me? More
