Not really happy He rotates 4 tires without asking me then charge it $32 I plan to do it after oil change in Sullivan tire in Braintree for free because I changed 4 t He rotates 4 tires without asking me then charge it $32 I plan to do it after oil change in Sullivan tire in Braintree for free because I changed 4 tires from them every 5000 miles It is not big deal with $32 but I do not like to do anything without asking then charge to customer. I talked to him then he told me he did it because he does not see any tiers rotation in the file. He does not know I do it in Sullivan tires in Braintree I hope your Dealer does not do it to me and anyone else in the future. NOBODY like with that kind of service Otherwise,Everything is OK More

Tire purchase OK I have exclusively used the dealership for service on my Camry and for purchases such as tires since buying the care at Tufankian in 2012. This tire I have exclusively used the dealership for service on my Camry and for purchases such as tires since buying the care at Tufankian in 2012. This tire purchase did not go as well as expected since they did not have the tires I wanted and I was sold a different tire brand. As a result, I ended up paying quite a bit more for the tires than I would have liked. I do not believe it was an intentional issue, but going forward I will do a little more shopping around prior to making such a purchase. As an aside, I do appreciate the availability of a shuttle ride to work, which makes service at Tufankian very convenient. Karl the shuttle driver is a great guy. More

Not good service today Quoted 1 to 1/12 hours arrived another 12:20 for a 12:30’apointment for oil change and recall part. Did not leave dealership till 2:50. After waiting 1/12 hours rep came out and wanted to make another appointment for recall. This was the second time I made an appointment and same thing happened. I said no. Why make an appointment if you cannot keep appointment time. Usually terrific service. However not this time. More

Great Place to Visit I would recommend this place. The work is good and I feel like they listen and take care of my car. You have to go through an automated system, then when you get someone you get disconnected or they are asking each other who should take the call while you are on the call, so that is weird. But once you get through that the people that work there are really nice and helpful. More
