I went in after having a lengthy car search over a period of time and being unsuccesful. I met with Sam and he was very up front and honest with me. I have bought many cars in the past, and this was the best experience. (We shopped around, and found this salesman and dealership to be the best.) Scott Brothers, the manager, was excellent in helping with the purchase, also, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Both he and Bob resolved a toyota financial problem and could not act quickly enough to ease my mind about it and get it fixed. The other dealers(Nissan, Honda, Mazda) had salesmen who actually turned us away by their unpleasant manner. Service is so important and Bob makes you so aware that he is there for you with any problem, and he was there. The Tufankjian dealership had a special deal on my car that was super. All in all, they set the bar on excellent business practices. More

From the initial e-mail to the last hand shake, I was treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove hom treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove home again in my new Tacoma. All in one day! Still haven't heard from the local dealers. My offer on the new truck was accepted immediately and I received exactly what I wanted for my trade. No haggling. Another dealer ( where i bought my previous truck ) told me to sell my old truck myself and then come back and we could talk prices. Needless to say, I won't be back for sales OR service.
