Many businesses are driven by the desire to make money without taken into consideration their responsibilities toward the customer. This is not what I find out at above dealer. I went the the dealer looking for a new car & trading my 2005 Scoon XA with 120,000. I like the Scion Brand so I was trying to stick with that. They had a vast selection of new Scion's. I really liked th my 2005 Scoon XA with 120,000. I like the Scion Brand so I was trying to stick with that. They had a vast selection of new Scion's. I really liked the XD & was looking at the Release series. Ryan was more than helpful & Jessica was funny & very helpful. I WOULD recomend this dealership to everyone! Over a year ago when I first visited the showroom of Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree, I was not too impressed with my salesman, a young fellow. This week, hoping to trade in my 2007 Sienna LE FWD for a Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree, I was not too impressed with my salesman, a young fellow. This week, hoping to trade in my 2007 Sienna LE FWD for a 2011 Sienna LE AWD, I thought I'd give Tufankjian another shot. I traded emails with the Internet sales rep, Ed. He was understanding, accomodating, and personable. So I went back to the dealership, with particular financing terms in mind. My expectations were low, fearing I'd have a similar unpleasant experience as a year ago. I couldn't have been more wrong, more pleasantly surprised. Ed greeted me when I first arrived. Very pleasant. They had information about my previous visit. I was informed that that sales guy was let go not long after my encounter with him. That got my hopes up a bit. Ed then introduced me to Tony, a veteran salesman at Tufankjian. Tony reassured me that there would be no pressure. He had the exact model and color I wanted and let me test drive it all the way back to my house! The car made its way up my icy sloped driveway with no problems whatsoever. During the drive Tony pointed out a number of improvements in the 2011 Sienna. He was knowledgeable, optimistic and, most importantly, honest. I enjoyed getting to know him. It was the funnest test drive I've ever taken... When we returned to the showroom, I told him the financing terms I was looking for. Later I would realize how unrealistic my terms were. Tony did the best that he could, but in the end the manager came out and very politely said we were too far apart on the numbers. I thanked them both and told them that at the very least they've changed my impression of Tufankjian's sales tactics, that I appreciated the no-pressure effort, and that I would return to them for servicing going forward. I did some more research online and revised the financing terms I was willing to accept. I also got a very competitive quote from another dealership. Before driving there, I decided to give Tony and Tufankjian one last chance. I showed Tony the quote and he went right to work. After a couple of iterations he was able to match the quote. I was floored! I couldn't believe a large dealership with all its overhead costs could match the competitive quote of a smaller dealership with much lower overhead. Could not believe it. I closed the deal that very moment. I was introduced to Bill, a very pleasant man who explained to me the two-year free maintenance program I was getting. He also reviewed with me -- on an easy-to-view large flat screen -- various accessories I could add to my car. There was absolutely no pressure at all. The last step was meeting with the finance manager, Wallis. A part of me was still skeptical that they were going to actually meet my financing terms. Wallis was very pleasant and his demeanor put me at ease as I started signing forms. Again no pressure to purchase various additional packages. Finally seeing the contract with the loan terms, I breathed a huge sigh of relief. No hidden costs. Everything Tony told me would be in the contract was in the contract, no surprises, nothing else. I don't know if Tufankjian made any money selling that car to me. But they certainly gained a loyal customer. I have already started referring friends to Tony. As long as I'm driving Toyotas, I will be coming back to Tufankjian of Braintree, no question. More
My experience with this dealer was a pleasurable one with no stress. I needed a used car I could afford and they did evrything in their power to get me into a new used Toyota. I am writing this review for my parents because they do not speak English. They were helped by Sam Li who spoke Cantonese which was a plus. My parents are loyal Toyota customers and has owned several Toyotas and decided to purchase another. Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. We have been to other Toyota dealers and didn't have a pleasant experience because they were either too pushy or they aren't helpful if they think that you aren't serious about buying. Sam Li was very helpful and helped us get a reasonable price for our new car. We would definetely recommend working with Sam if you are looking to buy a Toyota. More
Eduardo was very informative about this vehicle. Even though it was not a Toyota he showed that he was willing to go the extra mile for us as a customer. For being there for such a short time showed he's though it was not a Toyota he showed that he was willing to go the extra mile for us as a customer. Sunny and the sales manager went out of their way to find me the exact car I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock. After reviewing my options and seeing their inventory, my wife and I decided to buy a new 2011 Tundra. Kenny was very outgoing, friendly, and accommodating. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided both myself and my wife with a great buying experience. We got the deal we wanted, in the truck we wanted...no hassles and Kenny was there every step of the way to ensure we were 100% satisfied. I was extremely happy with Kenny and I know you will be too. It's rare that you can find quality, price, and service all in one location. Generally you'll be asked to compromise one of them if not more... Not this time.
