He was very friendly and listened to the specific issues we had and started a process in motion to help us. He teamed up with Rick Heenan since he wasn't going to be in the next day. Between the two of them plus manager Mike Hanks and the finance manager Arthur Martell, they were able to come up with a plan that would work. The result was that my daughter drove away in a new 2010 leased Corolla. Bob did a great job on the morning we picked up the car by taking her through all the details of the car and the services that came with it. Overall this was a great experience. We also sat with a gentleman that discussed upgrade options as well as a very nice woman for the financing - both of whom offered optional items that we could add but at NO point did they try to pressure us into them.
