The sales guy was a clown. Operated on assumption that I was stupid. Not the right way to treat a customer. Really high pressure, shifty eyes and fake unnecessary conversation. Had oil changed-filter was not tighened,. lost oil. No aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete wind aplolgy and did not clean mess on engine. Had motor steam elswhere. On another visit for drivers window not opening, they said I needed complete window regulator for over $300. I refused . Stopped at auto body shop on way home. They fixed window in 20 minutes. He said outside mirror had been clipped by another car and misaligened window track. Cost was $20. You be the judge. More
