I have been doing a great deal of research on line about new cars and have test driven a few cars. I knew I wanted a Toyota XLE but wasn't sure if I would like the push button start. I came to Tufankjian in hopes of finding a car after mine unfortunately would no longer run. I knew, due to my credit, it was a slim chance that I would get approved, but as a single working mom, I needed a unfortunately would no longer run. I first dealt with Edward through internet sales who was extremely helpful. At first I was declined approval, however I received a call back that he spoke again to financial care and there was a chance something could be worked out. When I arrived I was greeted by Angel, who after speaking with Edward was already expecting me. He was extremely helpful in finding the perfect car in my price range, as well as very pleasant and knowledgable. After we saw the car and went for a test drive I was introduced to Walace in financial care. I instantly felt comfortable and that he genuinely wanted to help. He did everything he could to help me get approved and because of his dedication I was able to get the car.
