I came to Tufankjian to look at a used and possibly a new Camry, after having two good phone conversations with Bob Hadges. I brought a folder of research with me including market pricing, invoice pricing, etc. After taking me on a test drive, I found I loved the 3.5L V6 Camry. My salesman Eduardo, was friendly and professional, told me that Tufankjian operates and negotiates openly by fully disclosing everything. Carlos, the sales manager, reiterated that point after I received their offer. I was surprised how true this was, I was shown all the relevant pricing information about the car and my trade, so we reached a deal within a few minutes. The deal was so good I could not refuse it. After we had a deal, Eduardo completed the sale and we set up a delivery date for a few days later. Then the finance manager Arther quickly set me up with a great financing deal. I picked up my car and I could not have been happier with the experience. I highly recommend buying cars from Tufankjian, due to their professionalism, open disclosure policy and no pressure attitude. More
My husband and I have been talking about getting a new car for a while. We have browsed around at many different car dealerships. Toyota of Braintree allowed us to go there many times and look around at their cars without that pressure. It was so nice to do this and be able to talk with one another about what we thought. We then had a chance to meet Michael Shanks who answered all of our questions and was very responsive. We got to test drive and get a feel for the car while feeling totally comfortable with Michael. He was very kind and professional. My husband and I had already had an idea of what kind of car we were looking for and Michael and his staff were able to help us in achieving this goal. We are so happy that we got to work with such a wonderful sales person at a very nice dealership. We highly recommend Michael Shanks and the team at Toyota of Braintree!! Best car buying experience ever. Not at this dealership according to my experience. If you do your homework before buying, you will know if any salesman is playing games immediately. Not with Benson, he really takes care of the customer as if he is selling a car to someone he cares about. Benson took his time to explain and advise me thru the process without making me feel under pressure, all this time I was so prepared that I would have caught him in any lie or game if he would have tried, but he didn't. Benson ask you about what you want and your expectations, he is not there to sell you a car, but the car you want. He ask you if anything else he can do and provides help even when not ask to do so. Now to all the signing with the financial associate. I believe his name is John. Same atmosphere, very friendly and looking for the best financing option for the customer instead of trying to get your last penny in extras. My best buying experience was at another Toyota dealership before, but the Tufankjian topped that experience. I am already working on putting my down payment togheter for my second car since I nedd another one and I will go back to buy it at this dealership. The dealership is a no pressure one so when you go in at first, it's nice you can look around without being hassled right away. When you wanted to ask some questions, there was a friendly person with all knowledge and patience. Sam Li was great as he really respected me as well as my husband and all the research I did. He did several test drives with each of us with all different types of vehicles until we narrowed the choices down. When we did not buy right away, Sam was not aggressive calling us all the time like other dealerships. When we went in, which we did several times, he was patient and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and clean and a pleasure to go visit with the vehicles all housed inside their massive garage which they allowed you to look through at the cars. All the people we worked with from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance guy was very geninuine and easy to work with - just good people, not the typical stereotypical "car salesman." We felt we got a good deal as we did extensive research and went to a couple other dealerships but we went back to Tufankjian due to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More
