Please note this was written October 11, 2011 but didn't post until 12/7/2011. I have leased 4 cars from Bob Wilfand in less than 3 years. That should indicate my satisfaction with him. Walace Langame and I go back even further to when he worked for another dealership. I sincerely believe they make sure the deal works and we're satisfied. It's not making the sale, it's making sure the sale works for us. I go in prepared and they appreciate an informed consumer and work with me to a mutually satisfactory deal. I have been doing a great deal of research on line about new cars and have test driven a few cars. I knew I wanted a Toyota XLE but wasn't sure if I would like the push button start. I visited Toyota of Braintree thinking that I would check their prices and be able to look at several cars in a comfortable way (inside). Kenny Banks greeted me on my arrival (his turn to help the next customer, I guess). From the beginning of my visit to the end result of buying a 2012 XLE WITH the push button start, Kenny was a delight to be with. He is professional in every way!
