I traded in my old car for new Venza a while ago and i love it.With Kenny and the whole staff we made a good trade in value. I loved my experience here. Everyone was very friendly, especially the salesman Kenny. My family and I, searched at a different Toyota dealer ship in Boston but the service there was nothing compared to what it was at Braintree. While, taking a test drive Kenny had explained everything in the car. He made us feel, like we knew the car already because he had explained everything very well. With all the paperwork, Kenny had helped us and was not rushing us like they do in some dealerships. The financial manger was very helpful also. As we signed the last papers, Kenny suprised us by saying that we could take the new car home TODAY! I will likely do more business with Toyota of Braintree. Thank you Kenny and the whole staff. More

When I walked into the dealership I was expecting the same sneaky used car salesmen that try to fit you into a monthly payment, rather than respect your budget and interests. I was greeted at the front desk and almost immediately helped by a salesman, Jim Duffy. The car I was looking for was located at Tufankjian's new used car lot and Jim graciously drove my fiance and I to the Weymouth location. After arriving in Weymouth, Matt Ward greeted us while Jim pulled the car around. I was asking about the online price (looking for the hidden costs that I was sure would be there) and Matt assured me that the online price is the price I would pay - no hidden charges. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. Having had poor experiences at other dealerships, I did not drive my trade-in that day. I was given a trade-in value sight unseen. I put a deposit down on the car that day and Jim walked me through the whole application process. I returned three days later to officially put a down payment on the car and trade in my old car. Wallace, the financial officer, explained all of the paperwork and worked with me to find the best monthly payment possible, given the price of the car (plus title, tax, etc). He made the process as stress-free as possible. The best part of my experience was after I purchased my new (to me) car. The low tire pressure light came on and I was nervous that the tires might be leaking air. Since it was the day after I bought the car, I called Jim. Jim told me to bring the car right down and they would check it out, free of charge (as long as I hadn't run over a nail or something). Not only did they check the pressure and fill my tires, they also inspected my car for free and removed my Brighton resident parking sticker in near perfect condition (saving me a lot of time at city hall). I absolutely recommend Tufankjian as a car dealer. Despite being a large dealership, they take care of their clients and ensure complete satisfaction without any of the greasy, slimy, salesmen techniques that plague other area dealers. More
