There are people in this world that do their jobs with enthuiasm and dedication. Eduardo Vivas is one such individual. Just before Christmas, Mr.Vivas assisted me in finding my late enthuiasm and dedication. Eduardo Vivas is one such individual. Just before Christmas, Mr.Vivas assisted me in finding my latest Toyota. The prospect of going through the 'car search / car purchase thing' had me nervous and stressed, after my Toyota Solara was totaled. In the past, I had heavily relied on my recently deceased brother for advice when purchasing a vehicle. Now I was on my own, feeling intimidated by the process. When I arrived at Braintree Toyota I was greeted coureteously by Bob Wilfand. Mr. Wilfand was off the day I returned, so Mr. Vivas took over... It was through Mr. Viva's efforts that the entire experience at the Tufankjian Dealership was a positive and enjoyable one. On the appointed day the car was ready, shiny and clean as promised, paperwork complete, insurance and plates transferred (so easy), then ... A very positive experience. It was my first indoor purchase with 400+ vehicles to look at. With dozens of vehicles in the model I wanted, to select from. How many times has your purchase been limited purchase with 400+ vehicles to look at. With dozens of vehicles in the model I wanted, to select from. How many times has your purchase been limited a vehicle or two and not quite the color you wanted that is in stock? Not the case at toyota of Braintree. They had dozens of vehicles in the model I wanted, with my choice of options, engine size, and color as well. although I had done my research and knew what I wanted, I was amazed at the selction I could choose from. Kenny Tempro gave me all the time I wanted to examine all of the many choices on hand. He took the time to find out what I had in mind. I never felt rushed or pushed to a vehicle I did not want.
