I came to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree via the internet after searching for a RAV4 and getting nowhere with my local dealers. I told him that I would drive up from the Cape to take a test drive the next day. He said he would arrange to have a salesperson show me the car. When I arrived at the dealership (and what a gorgeous one it is), I was greeted warmly and was introduced to Tony Depina. Tony was great! A+ Salesperson. He is knowledgeable about Toyota products, personable, and did not pressure me at all. He answered all of my questions and concerns. His attitude throughout the whole experience was "we are going to do whatever makes you happy". And he did. I felt I received a great deal, great service, and a great car! I also would like to thank John Celesk, the business manager. I had never done a lease before and he went over everything in detail. After going to 4 Toyota delearships and one Nissan delearship and not liking their service, I called Tufankjian and got great customer service from the start. They let me know what they had in the inventory and the price ranges. When we got their we spoke with Benson. Benson was great! He explained everything clearly to us and answered all my questions and concerns. I found a 2010 Venza that I loved! Everyone here including the people in finance were very polite and not pushy at all. I already had a loan through my credit union and paperwork was fast and easy. The only thing was the clerk put the wrong code form my ins company but that was cleared up by the next day. The car was nice and clean on the day of pick up and since I have been back for an oil change and once again I was in and out. I would go recommend this dealership and BENSON ONWUAMAEBU! More

Just another adventure at Toyota. I didn't even make it to the reception desk when I was accosted by Spiderman (aka Ryan Tierney). My only guess is that he swooped down from Charlie's office. When he asked if he could help me I abruptly said "NO" and asked to see my long time Toyota contact Mike Hankes. As he slithered away I made eye contact with John Celske (Toyota fog light champion); a long standing joke!! He assured me that Mike would come to my rescue. After speaking with Mike, he then assigned me a sales person. Of all the sales people at Toyota, yes, I got Spiderman! I was sure that I would have to leave and go to McGee. After going back and forth with Ryan for about 4 hours and looking at a bazillion cars, he showed us the Scion TC. We fell in love with the car and bought it, hopefully it will be as reliable and sturdy as our other Toyota. In closing, we found it to be another positive experience with Braintree Toyota. In my area there are several high quality Toyota dealership. Braintree Toyota rises above because of there sales people and there genuine desire to see you in the right car - not the car they may ne dealership. I found the dealership, and Gail Nelson - a wonderful sales person, through my girlfriend. Gail Nelson sold a car to my girlfriend, and after the sale was complete my girlfriend spoke so highly of Gail I sought her out when I was in the market. Gail facilitates your choosing a vehicle. She does not push and never pressured a decision. She did however offer small kindnesses often - a ride to the subway, an offer to test the car I was most interested in for an afternoon. I just can't say enough good things about Gail and my experience with Braintree. She really was wonderful to deal with. Since I have not serviced my new car yet I can not comment on the service department. More
