I'm 73 years old % have bought numerous cars from many different dealerships. My wife Mary bought a new 2006 RAV4 from Tufankjian. We were so pleased with the courteousness & professionalism that we rec'd then that today I bought a 2010 Corolla. In todays environment, you don't often run across many customer oriented businesses especially in the auto dealership industry. Mr Paige is the opposite of what the normal perception of a car salesman is. He is friendly, funny, very knowledgeable about the products. Very helpful without pressure. Just this week my husband and I leased a car from the Toyota of Braintree, and I can honestly say this was the best experience we ever had with a dealership. First of all, we were very impressed by the Toyota of Braintree, and I can honestly say this was the best experience we ever had with a dealership. First of all, we were very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility; the bathrooms, waiting area, service area and general area all looked brand new and immaculate! We were greeted by a smiling, upbeat and eager to assist Salesman (Andy)and were impressed that, even at the end of the day, (which was when we arrived), he was so energetic and happy to help us. It was evident to us that providing us with a vehicle exactly what we were looking for was very important to him. Throughout the time he spent with us, Andy was courteous, respectful and sincere. We could tell he is a very hard worker and the definition of service excellence - we wanted to do our business with him! We were also very impressed with the Business Manager, Jessica. She is very competent and knows her business well. She was also very personable and alot of fun. Our previous experience with business managers at dealerships has not been this positive; in fact, they have been stressful and unpleasant. Absolutely the opposite dealing with Jessica. Scott also was helpful, and it was evident that he also wanted to earn our business, and it was important to him that we were taken care of. It was clear that the working as a team is a priority at Toyota of Braintree. It really seemed, even at the end of the day, everyone was happy and enjoyed being there! Overall, I already have recommended Toyota of Braintree to one of my co-workers, and I will continue to talk about the positive experience we had. And, you can be sure I will be back to Toyota of Braintree for my car services and when my lease is up in 3 years! More

I could not be more happy with my experience at Tufankjian Toyota. I had gone to a couple other dealerships before going here, and this was by far the best dealership I went to. I was referred to Sam by a friend, and I was very particular with what I wanted and my price range and Sam was not pushy at all. He found me the perfect car for my needs and got me a great deal. He explained every detail about the car, and knew exactly what he was talking about. Wallace was very helpful with the payment and explained everything about paying for the car to me, as it was my first time buying a car. I recommend Sam to all of my friends and coworkers who are looking to buy a car. Sam and Wallace made my first time buying a car a very comfortable and memorable experience. More
This was a first new car experience for me and Tufankjian made it a pleasurable and memorable one. From the get go, the dealers treated us with respect and courtesy (even the ones who were not working with u made it a pleasurable and memorable one. Our salesman, Rick Heenan, was a down-to-earth, informative, friendly and all-around just a great guy to work with. Before leasing our 2010 RAV4, he let me borrow it for hours to make sure I felt comfortable in the car before signing any papers. He also matched a leasing offer from another dealership which saved us a good amount of money over the 3-year agreement. We had an issue getting our insurance company to communicate with Tufankjian so the overall process took longer than expected but, even with this issue, we arrived at 1:15pm and drove the car off the lot at 3:30pm having done little preparation prior to arriving. I highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota in Braintree. We all want a low-pressure, comfortable car purchasing experience and Tufankjian goes above and beyond. More
My experience was outstanding. I woudl rate a 5 on all questions but there was a miscommunication with one of the Sales managers. My Salesman, Sam did an unbelivabel job with me that I still felt he deser questions but there was a miscommunication with one of the Sales managers. I woudl just recomend that I not speak to that specific Sales manager again. More
