This was my first purchase from Tufankjian Toyota. I have purchased 4 other new Toyotas in the past from 2 other dealerships. I had heavily researched the vehicle I wanted and found that Toyota of Brai have purchased 4 other new Toyotas in the past from 2 other dealerships. I had heavily researched the vehicle I wanted and found that Toyota of Braintree had two trucks in inventory that met my criteria. As a matter of fact they had the largest inventory to choose from of all the local Toyota dealers. I walked in and was introduced to a sales associate right away. I knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and what I felt was a fair trade for my own vehicle based on my research and we quickly came to an agreement for the new vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured to make the sale. I met with the sales manager, finance manager, and an accessories salesmen and all were very professional and friendly. When I came in to pick up the vehicle the dealership departments worked as a team to transfer the registration and get the truck inspected so I would not have to make a separate trip. I had not done any reasearch on dealers before I went into Toyota of Braintree but based on their ranking on this site I was lucky they had the truck I was looking for. I recommend giving Toyota of Braintree a chance to earn your business. More

My visit to Tufankjian Toyota was truly a professional and comfortable experience. Working with Ryan and Mike, I really felt like they took the time to listen to what I was looking for and offered some al and comfortable experience. I am now a happy owner of a new Toyota Highlander. Their help did not stop after we signed the paperwork either, they continued to help with delivering the vehicle to my wife who was stranded at work with all registration and insurance paperwork completed. I also learned that the Tufankjian Family went "Green" with their Braintree dealership which was terrific to hear they have implemented sustainable practices in everyday activities. Needless to say we were dismayed with our experience elsewhere and thrilled with our purchase at Tufankjian Toyota. First, unlike other dealerships, the sales staff including Kenny Tempro and George (sales manager) responded quickly and professionally to all of our questions and concerns, without any undo pressure. Second, they were willing to go above and beyond to track down the perfect car for our needs and wants. Other dealerships told us that we had to purchase a certain car that day or we would lose it and they would be unable to find us a like car. Kenny and George, after a car we originally test drove was purchased before we made a decision, found us a like car within the week that met all of our needs and wants. Third, and maybe most important the price of their vehicles were the same or better than many of the other dealerships we visited. Lastly, there were no surprises or hidden costs at the end of the day. I would strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle shop at Tufankjian Toyota. More
