I bought my first car at Toyota of Braintree through Bob and could not have envisioned it being a better experience. From the minute I walked into the dealership Bob treated me as though I was an old friend. Being my first car buying experience I was a little nervous for the process but ended up only going to one dealership and dealing with Bob. I couldn't have imagined the process being any easier and that is all thanks to the staff at the dealership, especially Bob and the finance guy John Celesk. They both treated me with respect and with professional courtesy. If you are thinking of buying a Toyota I would recommend Toyota of Braintree over anyone else. More
3 years ago I leased a 2007 Toyota Camry from the Tufankjian Toyota Dealer and was very pleased with the sales experience I had as well as the service department over the past 3 years. Since my lease was now expiring it made sense to revisit the Tufankjian Dealership to consider my options. I met salesman Mark Miner, a few months ago when I went to the dealership to have my options explained to me. I decided to wait until July when my lease was up before making a decision. At that time I contacted Mark and made an appointment. Each time I met Mark, I was impressed. He was very professional,very nice, and seemed trustworthy(someone I could feel comfortable with). The whole experience was very pleasant, Mark followed up with me, when necessary and was always a gentleman. I also dealt with the finance mgr, John K., John was also very professional and a gentleman at all times. He explained things very clearly and answered any questions I had. Overall my experience was very pleasant, I would definitley rate it an A+ and I am very please with my 2011 Camry... Thank you, Debra O'Donnell More

Sam went out of his way to accommodate me, and to ensure that I was satisfied with my comfort in the vehicle, something that is very important. His knowledge of the vehicle, and the entire process is excellent. He is extremely polite and accommodating, a real asset to this dealership. There was a slight problem concerning the pricing of a requested item, which was eventually resolved. I think that there is room for improvement in that area. If you are in the market for a Toyota, THIS IS THE DEALERSHIP TO VISIT FIRST AND ONLY and ask for Kenny Tempro if you want a professional, smart guy who is not going to try to take advantage of you. Simply amazing service and their inventory for vehicles is quite impressive. If they don't have what you are looking for, maybe heaven will.... Kenny greeted us as we walked through the door with a level of confidence and professionalism that I simply did not encounter at the other dealerships we visited (Boch and Copeland). He will respect what you are looking for and not try to get you to spend more money than you originally had planned. We settled on the 2011 Toyota Sienna Minivan XLE, a simply fabulous vehicle. When Kenny took us to their 3rd floor showroom, he made the experience fun as he said "Let's go shopping!" Just as Kenny said, buying a car is like buying a house. You want to be informed and get the best deal. You will get the best education and best deal for your money at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Just don't waste your time going anywhere else in the Boston area. By the way, my 7 and 8 year-olds are just nuts over the Toyota Sienna. Spring for that 18 inch rear entertainment DVD system! Your kids are worth it! I traded in a 2008 Mercedes SUV for this minivan. I LOVE THE MINIVAN MORE THAN THE MERCEDES! Thank you Tufankjian Toyota. I initially went to the dealer to look at Toyota Tundra's and Tacoma's. After a short period of time of looking at the inventory available (which was good, and that is before I saw the inventory inside....W and Tacoma's. After a short period of time of looking at the inventory available (which was good, and that is before I saw the inventory inside....WOW!!!!), I quickly realized that the Tacoma was the truck for me. Now it was time to decide between the SR5 and the TRD packages. Then Jim walked into the picture and answered all my questions about the differences between the 2 packages. When Jim asked if I wanted to test drive a red 2010 Tacoma I jumped at the opportunity and really enjoyed the ride. On the test drive, Jim did a great job of clearly explaining everything the truck did; and there was a lot to see just in the interior of the truck. When we got back to the dealer, Jim took the time to go over the differences between financing and leasing so I would be able to make an informed decision (if I even decided to buy). I ended up leaving because I had a vet appointment. See it turns out that I had some concerns about my dog, and looking at cars was my way of getting my mind off what could be wrong with little girl. Well it turns out my dog was ok and I headed back to dealership to discuss a deal in more detail with Jim. I was originally looking for either the black or silver Tacoma, but after a second test drive of the Barcelona red, I knew this was the truck for me. From here Jim and Arthur did a wonderful job in getting me through all the paperwork, including scheduling my first maintenace. I was really impressed with the way they came up with several different options on how I could drop off and pick up my vehicle for service. I work crazy flexible hours so service was a big concern for me. I want to take good care of my vehicle. They completely put my mind at ease with all their suggestions. And Jim even took the time to help me remove the bike rack off my trade in. I walked away with the truck I wanted, a good warranty, and confidence in the support team I have at Toyota of Braintree. I knew somewhat what I wanted, and he was helpful in reviewing some things I hadn't thought about. I bought a Prius and it is quite different from the mini vans I had previosly had. He patiently spent much time with me until both he and I were satisfied I knew what I was driving. I feel completely confident if I have any concern I could call Sam and he would help me or direct me to my satisfaction.And I love my Prius More

Customers don't need to be pushed, hassled and annoyed and that's exactly what happened in the 3 other locations until I came to Braintree Toyota Tufankjian Dealership. I came in knowing the exact model and color of the car I wanted and to trade my aging Jeep Liberty. They saw that I meant business, and Pedro was understanding of this. I appreciate his calm, low key, non-harrassing approach to a lady who wanted to cut through the sales dance and get down to business. Thanks, Pedro! More
