My boyfriend and I wanted to trade our camery in for a prius and we had been two other dealership neither dealership could help but braintree. He returned our phone calls and be exactly what we wanted. We went to the dealership right after work and met with Bob and Sam who again were very nice. Sam the sales guy took us to the third floor to pick our car out. We took the car for a ride. When we got back we spoke to Walace ( the financial director) hecwas also excellent and explained everything in detail to us. I have to say that my experience at Braintree was very excellent and would go there again for anything. More
I've been buying cars for over 30 years, and have never had a better experience in a showroom than I had today. Ryan Tierney was absolutely outstanding. Salesmen always get such a bad rap, but Ryan was genuinely nice and even had a sense of humor. How nice it is to be put at ease when you're buying such an expensive item. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed or PUSHED. He certainly made me feel very confident in my choice to go with the Camry XLE. Bill and Arthur were just as pleasant to deal with. He helped me at every stage of the process and explained every step to me. He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle. Matt the used car manager was excellent in quickly getting me all of the mechanical history of the car, and assuring me of the condition of the car. Jessica handled all the business details quickly and with a smile. All in all a very positive experience. I will definitly return to Tufankjian Toyota for my next vehicle purchase. More
We have been extremely pleased with the surprisingly pleasant experience of purchasing our most recent vehicle, an experience which in the past had been stressful and uncomfortable. We encountered only friendliness and respect at this dealership at all levels. Managers were helpful and never pushy. All salespeople, though busy, were never too rushed to say hello or answer a question. This was not the case at least one other dealership we visited during the same period. At Toyota, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with an extremely dedicated young sales rep, Sam Li. Sam took the time not only to greet us but to try to get a quick read on our family, lifestyle and values and then keep this in mind as he made recommendations while keeping within our budget. Test driving was a lengthy process-over two weekends. Sam was patient and remembered the details of earlier conversations, pointing out the pros and cons of each model as they would relate to us personally. He had obviously studied and knew his product well, and unlike any car salesman we had met in over thirty years, he truly cared that we made a decision with which we would be happy, even if this took more time and effort on his part (Ok-he was steering me away from another (third) minivan-time to get something for me-reminding me I no longer have to cart the offensive line from practice!) Team work was evident at this dealership-with the goal of selling cars not by quick sales pitches and intimidation but by genuine hard work, smiles and respectful attention, Managers were managing, supporting their staff and giving friendly interaction with customers. Sales reps were busy but not frantic. Finance people presented their information and offers but did not use pressure tactics. Whoever was responsible for the physical plant was obviously doing a superb job. All these people worked hard to make this a pleasurable experience but Mr. Sam Li went above and beyond all, giving us 110% of all his energy and expertise, sharing his enthusiastic personality and making this a truly rewarding experience. I had some winter maintenance due on my 2007 TC Scion and brought it in to the dealership for an inspection. During the complimentary inspection from Giovanni, I inquired about the new 2011 TC Scion. I was brought it in to the dealership for an inspection. During the complimentary inspection from Giovanni, I inquired about the new 2011 TC Scion. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Eduardo Vivas. Mr. Vivas took his time to get to know me and asked me questions about my current vehicle and how I use it for my commute and during my time off. I am extremely impressed of Mr. Eduardo's knowledge of the 2011 Scion TC and I felt comfortable during the whole process from beginning to end. Mr. Vivas service is excellent and he took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions. I picked up my vehicle today from the dealership and Mr. Vivas showed me how to use all the extra options I chose that I did not have on my 2007 Scion TC. This dealership is really committed to excellence, and Mr. Vivas has proven to me his professionalism in serving the customers with the highest regard. I am also impressed with the manager on detail, Mr. Stephen Hawkes who assisted me during the sales process. Lastly, the 2011 Scion TC.....I Love it. Thank you. More
I wanted to replace my 2005 Toyota Matrix with a new one to make a cross-country trip. I'm leaving soon, so I wanted to move quickly. I also wanted to make sure my new Matrix had at least the same set of features as my old one. Sam Li did an excellent job of finding a 2010 Matrix with the same feature set, of quickly negotiating a good deal and of arranging to get me my new car very quickly. I also was interested to see the new Tufankjian facility. I had my 2005 Matrix serviced at the Weymouth facility, but had not had occasion to see the new one once it opened. From the time I spent in it during my sale, I can see that I will enjoy getting my new Matrix serviced there. More
I purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry from Sam Li at Toyota of Braintree and it was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I did a lot of my research online and they had a large inventory of Braintree and it was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I did a lot of my research online and they had a large inventory of cars that I was looking for than most other dealerships. My husband and I visited Toyota of Braintree and one other dealership and we were just impressed with the number of Certified Toyota's and the conditions of the cars at Toyota of Braintree. The salesmen were not overbearing and pushy which has caused us to walk away from other dealerships in times past. There was such a large inventory to look at and the prices were very reasonabale. From the sales man, to the manager, to the business manager everyone at this dealership was professional and friendly. I picked up the car today and it looked great. I was so impressed with the level of respect as a consumer that I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. Ask for Sam! :) More
Out of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, this one had the best inventory and selection of Certified used vehicles. I drove about 40 minutes away just to come to this dealership. Obviously, the first thing about buying a car is the cost, Toyota of Braintree had, if not, the best and most competitive pricing in the market. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry SE, this vehicle was in such good condition (mechanically and asthetically), that it looks fresh out of the factory. The sales people are awesome, they make you feel "part of the family" and they help you buying that perfect vehicle. My saleman was excellent, he had told us that he has only been doing this for several months, but from his commitment and knowledge, he seems like he has been doing this forever. GREAT PLACE TO BUY A TOYOTA!!! More
