He did several test drives with each of us with all different types of vehicles until we narrowed the choices down. When we did not buy right away, Sam was not aggressive calling us all the time like other dealerships. When we went in, which we did several times, he was patient and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and clean and a pleasure to go visit with the vehicles all housed inside their massive garage which they allowed you to look through at the cars. All the people we worked with from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance guy was very geninuine and easy to work with - just good people, not the typical stereotypical "car salesman." We felt we got a good deal as we did extensive research and went to a couple other dealerships but we went back to Tufankjian due to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

This is my third Tacoma - love the truck - but was dreading the thought of going through the sales process. I had already done my homework, and knew what a good price would be. We were looking to trade our 2002 passat and get a new car. Initially we were just going to visit few dealerships prior to making any decision. Sunny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took his time to go around the exterior and interior of the car and explain and demonstrate the features and let us examine everything without making us feel like we were wasting his time. The negotiation on the price of the car and our trade-in was very easy and carefully explained. Overall the price was extremely fair and competitive. We would highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree and Sunny. They have shown themselves to be honest, down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with and we will use their service department even though there are closer toyota dealership by us. More

My 98 tacoma was recalled on the rusted frame. I went to several different dealership stating that my currant tacoma was being recalled and what I was looking for a new tacoma. All of the dealerships where trying to push me into a truck I could not afford and did not need, or one dealership just blew me of saying it's at least $450 a month for a new truck like that and dismissed me like i was wasting his time if I didn't want to spend that kind of money. Gail found me the perfect truck at the price i could afford. I spoke with two dealership about the recall and no one want to give me any information on how it work or how much I would get on the recall all they would say is I have no idea that't not my department and you have to spent $450 a month for a brand new truck. Gail was able to tell me how the program worked and a round about idea of how much I may get for the recalled tacoma, So I was able to know how much I would have for my down payment of my new 2011 red tacoma that I bought from Toyota of Braintree, from Gail Nelson. My experience began with a phone call and I was warmly greeted via telly by Bob Hadges just as friendly as if I were standing in the showroom, he was extremely knowledgeable about Scions and really made me excited about the possible purchase. Next Bob set up a same day appointment and had someone assigned to me as soon as I walked in the door. This is where I met my sales rep, Manuel Rivera. Manuel was knowledgable, professional and polite beyond belief! He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and kept asking if there was any further information that I needed on the vehicle; very attentive and geniune (hard to find in sales).By the time I fell in love with the Scion, Manuel introduced me to Mike Hankes, a sales manager who really took the time to get to know me better and truly made me feel comfortable and confident about my prospective vehicle, he clearly explained the features and benefits of the vehicle and made me even more confident about the Scion value. Mike explained the next steps and I was then introduced to Jessica Reed, probably one of the most sincere, caring and enthusiastic Finance Manager's I have ever met. Jessica rocks, she was professional, courteous and worked very hard to present me with a solid deal within my range. She had tremdously follow-up and follow through and ultimately having Jessica in my corner really sealed the deal for me; she kept me motivated and informed every step of the way!!!It was wonderful dealing with competent professionals that really do value the consumer experience and take pride in the Toyota brand, far beyond the sales floor. We had a great experience at Tufankjian Toyota. The show room was really nice and everyone was extremely friendly. It was such a relief when we walked into Tufankjian. We immediately felt the difference of service. Benson listened to us, what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect Rav 4 for us. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed at all to make a decision. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and overall was just a great person to deal with. The experience was great from the moment we stepped foot on the dealership to the moment I was driving away with me new Rav 4! ? It’s also important to add that the dealership has many more cars in stock than it appears from the outside. I walked into this dealership knowing that I had to find a way to get myself and my daughter into new cars, as both of our cars were 11 years old. Bob Hadges got the process started and then we met Benson. Benson was very positive and very encouraging, and he took us through the process, explaining everything he was doing as we went. I began to get excited, and very hopeful, that we were going to be able to come to an agreement and that both my daughter and myself would be able to get into new cars. Tonight we drove away in a new Rav4 and a new Corolla, and we just couldn't be happier. It has been a long time since we have been able to drive such beautiful cars, and Benson and Toyota of Braintree made it all possible.
