This is my 3rd trip to Braintree to purchase a vehicle. I initially went to Braintree as my sister lives close by and she was looking for a car. Our experience with salesperson Bob Wilfand and the other members of the team was so informative, positive and actually not a stressful experience that I made the trip from Newburyport, Ma. to purchase a car for my son. Bob listened to our needs for the younger driver-safety first and found the perfect car that has everything a teenager could desire. I decided months later to trade my car in, and once again made the trek to Braintree. The atmosphere is upbeat-NOT pushy, and I feel I received a very fair deal for all the purchases. More

I wasn't looking forward to the process of buying a used car but I found this entire transaction to be stress free. Harish didn't try to push us towards anything or give us a lot of pressure, he encouraged us to test-drive anything we were interested in and, most importantly, encouraged us to be happy and comfortable with our choice. This dealership came highly recommended and now we understand why- we will recommend them and will buy from them again (especially Harish). Thanks! More

I had such a great experience leasing a new RAV4 2010 with Bill that I bought my parents to Toyota to purchase a new car. They were driving a Ford Focus (1997) that had seen sunnier days way back when. with Bill that I bought my parents to Toyota to purchase a new car. They were driving a Ford Focus (1997) that had seen sunnier days way back when. The word "adventure" barely captures the process my parents through to decide to purchase a Toyota. Bill was very patient and answered all their questions and address their reservations about getting another car. He assured my parents he would get them the best price possible. My parents were partial to Nissan, Honda and Ford. I was a loyal Toyota customer and this was my fourth RAV4. My mother test drove the RAV4 and I could feel her excitement as she drove around the block. Still my dad was a harder sell since he could not be present during our purchase. Bill offered to give my father his cell phone. My daddy spoke to Bill and addressed all his "reservations" having to do with leasing vs. buying. We were finally on our way to getting a new RAV4. Fast forward to today, I can barely find my mother home. Thanks Bill for all your help!! p.s. Congrats Bill on your engagement! More

Benson was a very friendly sales guy he did not pressure me into buying a new car and he was happy to help me . I was looking for new Toyota Camry or Scion with my Toyota Highlander trade. I spent more of me into buying a new car and he was happy to help me . I was looking for new Toyota Camry or Scion with my Toyota Highlander trade. I spent more of his time reserchin the car and come back to the dealer a few times.I was very happy with him and the dealership.Best part of this deal is free maintenance for 3 years.I will definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends. We were impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff. Our salesman “Sunny” was very knowledgeable,courteous and patient with all our questions and pleasure to deal with. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter something two years old in the $12-15,000 price range but with the 0% financing it only made sense to spend a few more dollars and get a new vehicle. something two years old in the $12-15,000 price range but with the 0% financing it only made sense to spend a few more dollars and get a new vehicle.I explained my self and to be quite honest I informed the two sales people I not there to screw around and wanted the bottom price because I was going to shop around.I feel these sales people knew I meant business and came out with the bottom price which was the same price as the two other dealerships I visited, one which was Boch Toyota and the other was Quirk Nissan. Then the next day I hit them with the surprise that I would be trading in a car and they offered me top dollar right off the bat, they didn't try to nickel and diming me over the price of the trade in. Before I sealed the deal I just wanted to check the value of my trade and went to Quirk Nissan because my daughter really liked the Altma and the black interior which the Camry didn't have and there the games began.I was honest and told them the same , I wasn't here to screw around and when they offered me $3,000 for my trade I knew I had a great deal @ Tufankjian and stood up to leave when they started their sales crap.They finally offered to match the price of the trade but they wanted me to sign right away so I told them I don't do business like that. I hate being pressured and was basically getting the exact same deal for a new Altma but the Camry had two free years of service which wasn't our deciding factor, even though my daughter really liked the Altma we both agreed the Camry was not only a better buy but we felt some loyality towards the sales staff since we were treated in a professional, friendly and honest manner.Then when applying for the financing we delt with another class act, this woman was professional, curtious and warm just as the two sales people I had been dealing with. My hat is off to Mr Tufankjian for the selection of pros he hired , I've purchased a few new vehicles and can honestly write this was the most pleasurable purchase of a new vehilce I've ever had.I informed the sales staff I would like to meet Mr Tufankjian but unfortunately he wasn't available, I wanted to compliment him in person.It was the only thing that disappointed me but I'm sure he'll read my review and I will drop by since I'm a Braintree resident. I will not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
