Frank Lakatos, our friendly salesperson, was very helpful but not pushy. He simply presented the facts about the cars we were interested in and let us decide. She gave me information about the warranty programs but wasn't forceful about getting me to add them on. The price for the car we bought was reasonable and the price they gave us for our trade-in was better than we had thought we would get. We were able to take our new car home that very night and they took care of all the typical paperwork. The next day we brought the car back so they could install the alarm and they were done with that within an hour. We were *very* pleased with our experience at Tufankjian Toyota and would certainly recommend it to others. More
