After doing research on the web, my husband and I came across the great deal that toyota was offering. My husband called and spoke with Bob initially. My experience at Toyota of Braintree was fabulous. There was absolutely no pressure and I was given the opportunity to check out 2 or 3 models I was interested in. Mike Hankes took the time to give us a tour of the building and when I decided on a model Kenny Tempro was so helpful in explaining the values of the Rav4, which I decided to purchase. When I picked up the vehicle, I was introduced to the service department and a few other sales personnel who couldn't have been nicer and Kenny made sure he went over the entire car with me, even help me set the radio stations. I would definetly recommend Toyota of Braintree to everyone! More

Donna was also prompt and accessible to any and all of our needs. Without her representation I am certain we would have bounced around from dealer to dealer. Donna gave us considerable insight into the services that were available for our vehicle and how they could be best utilized. Her genuine concern for our interests was apparent and without her we most likely would not have found such a high quality deal. Jessica Reed was extremely adept at getting us the rates we needed. She was also extremely quick with getting us our necessary facts and figures yet informative about all the packages and how they affected our vehicle's needs. She was very patient in explaining to us the options we could consider and assisted us in choosing ones that were affordable and high quality. Both Donna and Jessica have a sincere nature that made this difficult process very easy. They're both personable and down to earth which made us comfortable to trust their judgements. I went into this Braintree Toyota dealership about three weeks prior to buying a new Toyota Highlander. I wasn't ready to buy at the time and made it clear to the sales person, Kenny Tempro, that this was t weeks prior to buying a new Toyota Highlander. I wasn't ready to buy at the time and made it clear to the sales person, Kenny Tempro, that this was the case. Kenny just answered my questions and gave me the information that needed to help me make my decision. He put no pressure on me whatsoever. I knew then in there that I wanted to work with Kenny to buy a Toyota and made several trips back to the dealership before determining the right car for me. I had the opposite experience at another dealership several days prior to my first visit to Braintree. I made it clear that I wasn't ready to buy, but they seemed to miss this message by pressuring me to buy that day. They also proceeded to call me almost everyday for about three weeks. Kenny used none of these tactics and made the buying experience very pleasant. The dealership itself is state of the art and all of the other employees that I dealt with were just as pleasant as Kenny. In the end, I got the car that I wanted with the options that I needed at what I believe was a very good price.
