I had visited several Toyota dealerships prior to visiting Toyota of Braintree, and this dealership exceeded all expectations. The dealer I worked with was Donna LaRosa, and she not only had my car ready for viewing in front of the dealership, but she took the time to explain each and every detail of the car from top to bottom. She was extremely nice, funny, and knew her stuff. This is my first NEW car, so she made it a very non-intimidating experience for me. Donna went above and beyond even after the purchase was completed; from ensuring that I understood everything, to scheduling a date for me to get my inspection sticker between a busy schedule of work and school. I highly recommend Donna LaRosa to anyone looking for a non-intimidating and enjoyable car-buying experience! Another person I worked with was Arthur Martel. Arthur helped wrap everything up for my purchase, and we had a great time chatting about our "children" and comparing the like-characteristics of our "children" (a beagle and a puggle). This made for an extremely humorous conversation thus making the time we spent at Toyota Braintree an enjoyable one. Buying a new car can be a lengthy process, but being surrounded by enjoyable and entertaining employees definitely makes the process much smoother (and fun)! I walk away sadly thinking I could never afford a car like that, then Eddie walk over and said you should buy that car I said right!!! I can't afford that. He than said I can make it happen you could drive out of here today in that car. I said WOW How is this going to happen he than proceeded to get my credit info. and ask questions about what I expected and wanted a car to do for me. I felt like i was being interviewed for a game show and I was the Star well the next 10 minutes he returned and said you are approved for the car. I cried with Joy he made it happen and I did'nt have to do any kind of labor. Plates registration all was done through Eddie, and I didn't have to pay for the oil change they did on my old car. My experience at Toyota of Braintree was nothing less than excellent. The teamwork between the sales people and the finance manger and the registry team upstairs was flawless. Went in this weekend to trade in a four month old chevy. I realized that I really missed my Toyota rav4 so needed to get back into one.. The weekend before I had gone to another dealership on the south shore and ended up walking away do to the arrogant pushy sales person. Went into the Braintree Toyota a little leery at first. Kenny met us in the parking lot and from the beginning to end treated us great. I told him exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted for my trade in and to see what he could do. I was shown all my options picked out my car and signed on the dotted line all in an hour. I have purchased six new cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. No nonsense no going back and forth haggling it was wonderful. I would recommend this dealership and my sales guy Kenny to any and everyone I know looking to purchase a new car... More

Went to two other dealers, salesmen were scruffy,.... said they'd get info and did not, were not knowledgable about their inventory, when I had more info than they did - retention wise - for the cars we were shown, it reduced my confidence that POST sale the service experience would be positive. The initial impression in the showroom counts for how you " think " the after sale experience will be handled. Also, there was a clear sense to the customer of team, teamwork, and virtually each person had a pleasant expression and several folks, Mark in particular from the Finance area had a great sense of humor. As he said - if you like the experience you'll tell 3 people - if you don't you'll tell 12.... in honor of the experience, my goal is to tell at least 6 of the GREAT experience. More
