I got there and my buddy was there doing paper work with Edwardo so I sat down and joined them. It felt like Edwardo was one of my buddies. He was the most honest guy and a real gentalmen. That was the big selling point right there. He was taking care of me and my buddy at the same time. When I came into Toyota of braintree I knew what I was looking for but I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to find it. I was looking to get a smaller payment but a newer car than my 2008 toyota. We told Bob what we were looking for andtold him our loan situation and he was more than helpful! He found exactly what I was looking for! A 2009 scion tc with almost 20,000 miles less than my car. He then worked his magic! He was able to get me into the car with a better. Warrenty for almost $100 less a month than I was already paying! He went over everything step by step and made us feel at ease with the entire process! Then he had us sit down with jessica reed in the financial dept. She is awesome! She had all the paperwork ready for us. We came two days later to pick it up and sign the final paper work. When we came in jessica knew I had to go to work so she had everything all set up for me so I could sign and drive! She even had them put in my starter and an alarm before I came in so I wouldn't have to lose my car for another day for installation! She was super helpful and friendly! Both Jessica and Bob made my car buying experience an enjoyable one! We had originally planned on going to a few toyota places in the area but Im glad we went here first! I will never buy another car from anywhere else! I love that they truly seem to want to help you get the best deal you can! I went into the dealership at 3:00 on a Sunday, the deal was closed by 5:00, and I picked up my car the very next morning at 9am. The service guys came in early to install my remote-starter, so I did not have to return to have this installed. Knowing that I had limited time, Ed Sherrick and the managers at Toyota of Braintree made every effort to ensure I was satisfied with my experience there. More
