I am writing this review for my parents because they do not speak English. They were helped by Sam Li who spoke Cantonese which was a plus. We have been to other Toyota dealers and didn't have a pleasant experience because they were either too pushy or they aren't helpful if they think that you aren't serious about buying. Sam Li was very helpful and helped us get a reasonable price for our new car. We would definetely recommend working with Sam if you are looking to buy a Toyota. More
