He has excellent customer service and has very good knowledge of car. He walked us through the price, options and what should we expect. He answered all of our concern and questions. We were very happy with his help. Sam is an experience, professional sale person and made us very comfortable to talk to him what we need. He took owernership and quick decision maker and gave us the best price. He knows his job and has ownership of making decision. He did not waist our time and his time.
