I just bought a new Scion XB at Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree and had a great experience!!! I am in the business of creating positive consumer experiences myself and it was refreshing to be treated of Braintree and had a great experience!!! I am in the business of creating positive consumer experiences myself and it was refreshing to be treated the same way by Bob Hadges, Manuel Javier, Jessica Reed and Mike Hankes. Truly a sales team that cared about me as a person and in my long term needs in a vehicle. I truly believe the experience starts before you walk through door. My experience began with a phone call and I was warmly greeted via telly by Bob Hadges just as friendly as if I were standing in the showroom, he was extremely knowledgeable about Scions and really made me excited about the possible purchase. Next Bob set up a same day appointment and had someone assigned to me as soon as I walked in the door. This is where I met my sales rep, Manuel Rivera. Manuel was knowledgable, professional and polite beyond belief! He took the time to find out exactly what I wanted and kept asking if there was any further information that I needed on the vehicle; very attentive and geniune (hard to find in sales).By the time I fell in love with the Scion, Manuel introduced me to Mike Hankes, a sales manager who really took the time to get to know me better and truly made me feel comfortable and confident about my prospective vehicle, he clearly explained the features and benefits of the vehicle and made me even more confident about the Scion value. Mike explained the next steps and I was then introduced to Jessica Reed, probably one of the most sincere, caring and enthusiastic Finance Manager's I have ever met. Jessica rocks, she was professional, courteous and worked very hard to present me with a solid deal within my range. She had tremdously follow-up and follow through and ultimately having Jessica in my corner really sealed the deal for me; she kept me motivated and informed every step of the way!!!It was wonderful dealing with competent professionals that really do value the consumer experience and take pride in the Toyota brand, far beyond the sales floor. We had a great experience at Tufankjian Toyota. The show room was really nice and everyone was extremely friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and met Benson who helped us with our purchase. We had just come from another dealership/brand where we were beyond frustrated with the shopping experience. It was such a relief when we walked into Tufankjian. We immediately felt the difference of service. Benson listened to us, what we were looking for, and helped us find the perfect Rav 4 for us. He made us feel comfortable and not rushed at all to make a decision. He took the time to explain all of the features of the vehicle and overall was just a great person to deal with. The experience was great from the moment we stepped foot on the dealership to the moment I was driving away with me new Rav 4! ? It’s also important to add that the dealership has many more cars in stock than it appears from the outside. We were pleasantly surprised by this when we where taken to the inside garage where we got to pick our car! I would recommend Benson and Tufankjian to anyone looking for a Toyota. More
I walked into this dealership knowing that I had to find a way to get myself and my daughter into new cars, as both of our cars were 11 years old. To say I was nervous, and a little worried is putting it mildly. But from the moment we arrived, we were greeted promptly, and everyone was ready to help. Bob Hadges got the process started and then we met Benson. Benson was very positive and very encouraging, and he took us through the process, explaining everything he was doing as we went. I began to get excited, and very hopeful, that we were going to be able to come to an agreement and that both my daughter and myself would be able to get into new cars. Tonight we drove away in a new Rav4 and a new Corolla, and we just couldn't be happier. It has been a long time since we have been able to drive such beautiful cars, and Benson and Toyota of Braintree made it all possible. We are very grateful and would recommend Toyota of Braintree, and Benson, to anyone who asks where to go to buy a Toyota. Thank you, thank you to everyone. More
I would highly recommend this dealership. I also enjoyed working with our salesperson Bob Wilfand, who gave us lots of info without being pushy, and who really LISTENED to us. If you live on the South Shore or in the Boston area, and are considering buying a Toyota or Scion, you need to visit Tufankjian in Braintree before making a purchasing decision. More

Mr. Ahuja was very frendly and knolageable, he new his business well, and terted me with respect. he expalined the operation of the vehicle and the funcions of the insterments with grate care. My boyfriend and I wanted to trade our camery in for a prius and we had been two other dealership neither dealership could help but braintree. He returned our phone calls and be exactly what we wanted. We went to the dealership right after work and met with Bob and Sam who again were very nice. Sam the sales guy took us to the third floor to pick our car out. We took the car for a ride. When we got back we spoke to Walace ( the financial director) hecwas also excellent and explained everything in detail to us. I have to say that my experience at Braintree was very excellent and would go there again for anything. More
I've been buying cars for over 30 years, and have never had a better experience in a showroom than I had today. Ryan Tierney was absolutely outstanding. Salesmen always get such a bad rap, but Ryan was genuinely nice and even had a sense of humor. How nice it is to be put at ease when you're buying such an expensive item. He was very thorough and I never felt rushed or PUSHED. He certainly made me feel very confident in my choice to go with the Camry XLE. Bill and Arthur were just as pleasant to deal with. I think I'll be a customer for life. More

He helped me at every stage of the process and explained every step to me. He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle. Matt the used car manager was excellent in quickly getting me all of the mechanical history of the car, and assuring me of the condition of the car. Jessica handled all the business details quickly and with a smile. All in all a very positive experience. I will definitly return to Tufankjian Toyota for my next vehicle purchase. More
We have been extremely pleased with the surprisingly pleasant experience of purchasing our most recent vehicle, an experience which in the past had been stressful and uncomfortable. We encountered only friendliness and respect at this dealership at all levels. Managers were helpful and never pushy. All salespeople, though busy, were never too rushed to say hello or answer a question. This was not the case at least one other dealership we visited during the same period. At Toyota, we were fortunate to have the opportunity to work with an extremely dedicated young sales rep, Sam Li. Sam took the time not only to greet us but to try to get a quick read on our family, lifestyle and values and then keep this in mind as he made recommendations while keeping within our budget. Test driving was a lengthy process-over two weekends. Sam was patient and remembered the details of earlier conversations, pointing out the pros and cons of each model as they would relate to us personally. He had obviously studied and knew his product well, and unlike any car salesman we had met in over thirty years, he truly cared that we made a decision with which we would be happy, even if this took more time and effort on his part (Ok-he was steering me away from another (third) minivan-time to get something for me-reminding me I no longer have to cart the offensive line from practice!) Team work was evident at this dealership-with the goal of selling cars not by quick sales pitches and intimidation but by genuine hard work, smiles and respectful attention, Managers were managing, supporting their staff and giving friendly interaction with customers. Sales reps were busy but not frantic. Finance people presented their information and offers but did not use pressure tactics. Whoever was responsible for the physical plant was obviously doing a superb job. All these people worked hard to make this a pleasurable experience but Mr. Sam Li went above and beyond all, giving us 110% of all his energy and expertise, sharing his enthusiastic personality and making this a truly rewarding experience.
