He listened to my questions, researched the inventory and came up with exactly what I was looking for. I was test driving a car that fit my needs in less than 20 minutes. Sam was accommodating, good natured, and kept me focused on the reasons for my choice. John C. in financing taught me alot: "Use the bank's money, not yours" and still managed to find me the best rate with monthly payments that absolutely fit my budget.They have a mini registry in the building and did all the foot work. Also learned that the Tufankjian Family went "Green" with their Braintree dealership. Well water is used to wash the cars and the building is designed in such a way that the sun's natural heat and light cut down their dependence on fossil fuels and electricity and help to keep overall costs down. Really good experience. More

I've went to many dealerships and have not gotten the customer service like Anthony Damiano has given to me. He was very patient with me as I am an indecisive person when it comes to cars. He explained all the features on each car and helped me decide what suits me most. He knew I wasn't going for anything sporty, yet classy. He was very personable, some dealers aren't. They just want you to buy, buy, buy. However, Anythony on the other hand also wanted to encourage to buy, but he made sure the right car was bought from me. Anthony's quality of work was superb, he went the extra mile to encourage me to buy the perfect car to suit me. After 3 days of wonderful customer service, I managed to buy the 2011 XLE Camry and I love it. The price was not so great at first, then Anthony and his team managed to make an agreement with me, which made me a happy buyer. I will definitely come back for another car with Anthony. More

Frank Lakatos, our friendly salesperson, was very helpful but not pushy. He simply presented the facts about the cars we were interested in and let us decide. He sort of hung in the background until we needed more info. We really liked his low pressure approach to sales. Jessica Reed in financing was also very helpful and friendly. She gave me information about the warranty programs but wasn't forceful about getting me to add them on. The price for the car we bought was reasonable and the price they gave us for our trade-in was better than we had thought we would get. We were able to take our new car home that very night and they took care of all the typical paperwork. The next day we brought the car back so they could install the alarm and they were done with that within an hour. We were *very* pleased with our experience at Tufankjian Toyota and would certainly recommend it to others. More

Everyone was so friendly and really cared. After we made the deal, many employees came over to us to make sure everything went well. I gave Anthony Damiono all 5 ratings because he was very nice and he was very descriptive about the automobile. Overall the service was wonderful. I went to Braintree Toyota just to look at new cars and to see what the car I had to trade in was worth ( 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with 247,500 miles - Best car I ever owned) The deal they made me for a new 2011 to see what the car I had to trade in was worth ( 2003 Toyota Rav 4 with 247,500 miles - Best car I ever owned) The deal they made me for a new 2011 Rav 4 was so good that I left the dealership with the new car. Eduardo and Carlos were very helpful (not pushy) and I never felt pressured. I will recommend them to my friends and family and after I put 247,500 miles on this car I would go there for my next new car. More
