We went to Braintree Toyota specifically for a Certified Toyota Corolla. We were greeted by Mr Li in a friendly and pleasant way. We informed him of our needs, which was Year- Mileage- and price. I drove to this dealership to get an idea of price and what kind of toyota I might be able to finance. My current ford could not get a sticker due to an emmissons problem. I left the dealership with a 2009 Toyota Camry for 20k financed, including a maintenance package good for the life of the loan. Many extras no charge. As for car shopping experience I would say this was about as pleasant as one would hope for. Walking into this dealership the first thing you notice is how big it is. One side is were you wait for your vehic as pleasant as one would hope for. Walking into this dealership the first thing you notice is how big it is. One side is were you wait for your vehicle to be worked on and it has a nice sitting area with a large screen tv for your viewing and next to that is a lounge area were you can order food and sit in a cafe style area and enjoy your food. As for the staff you would be pleasantly surprised how friendly everyone is. My sales person was Sunny Ahuja and he was very professional.I had a list of reqirements for a vehicle I wanted and he was able to meet everyone. Durring the car buying process I felt as if I was talking to a friend instead of a sales person. I know if I ever need help in the future there is someone at the dealership I can trust and count on . This is exactly what I experienced at this dealership. The process at Tufankjian was painless, quick and very professional and most importantly for me, not pressured. Before I dealt with Tufankjian, I tried Expressway Toyota off Route 93. The sales people there can be best described as VULTURES. I practially parked my car and I had two men swarming me. I quickly looked at one care that caught my eye while driving by, got back in my car and left!! While at Tufankjian I dealt with Kenny Tempro. Kenny is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Kenny asked and understood what I was looking for in a car. He did not try and upsell me on features/models that did not fit my needs. He made sure all my questions were answered. My biggest worry was that I would get treated differently becuase my credit score had slumped due to various reasons. After the test drive, Kenny returned with my credit scores. Though they were not as good as I hoped, I felt that he treated me with the same respect he would have treated someone with stellar credit. In Finance I dealt with John Celesk. Again I was treated with professionalism and respect. John made the finance process extremely easy. He actually got me a better deal than I oringinally hoped for. He did a great job at explaining everything and when I decided not to add on the "options" he didnt pressure me. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
