I have had really bad experiences walking into other car dealerships and feeling hounded as everyone is trying to sell a car. However at Toyota of Braintree, the experience was quite the opposite. We were greeted by friendly staff especially our sale representative Eduardo. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He asked exactly what we were looking for and did not try to sway my decision one way or another. He spoke to me and my family in a way that showed extreme respect. Most dealerships you have to ask for discounts on the cars, in this situation I was given a discount on the price of the car just because Eduardo knew the budget I was working with and where I wanted my payments to be. Needless to say I walked out of there with a 2011 car, all because of the way I was treated, and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to go here when purchasing a vehicle. More
I visited one other Toyota dealership and was EXTREMELY unhappy with them. I came here and it was completely different as soon as I walked onto the lot. I was quickly greeted by Benson. He was very freindly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. He show me around to look at the vehicals that I was interested in. There was no pressure or B.S. When I chose a vehical, Wallace took over with the financial aspect. He worked with me to get my payments to an acceptable range. He really worked to get things right and no problem with making a last minute change. I have since told everybody not to waste their time even going to the "other" Toyota dealer. My experience here was great and would recomend this dealer,Benson and Wallace to anyone considering a Toyota--well worth the trip. More
I was amazed at the level of customer service. Walace went above and beyond to get us a great deal on our lease. Walace even was in contact on his day off. This was a "world class" buying experience and in the past twenty-five years of buying cars I have never felt more positive about our buying experience. I work in sales and always viewed "car salesman" as a profession I would not want as a title. After this experience, I almost wanted to say hire me it was that refreshing and professional!!! More

I got a Toyota 2011 I have HP plate so they was was more work on anthony domino he was unable to get the car for me because of my insurance he was e-mailing me to let me know what was happening at each place of the proess about 4:00 pm he called me and very aplget that he was unable to get my new car He asked me if I needed a car I told him that I would be okay for I was not going any where he said he was sorry!!!! I went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I met with Brian Mcgrath who I must say is very professional. Brian was very helpful and answered any questions that I had. There are not enough words in any dictionary that can describe my gratitude for what Walace was able to do for me and my family. On a Friday, two days prior to me walking into the Braintree dealership I describe my gratitude for what Walace was able to do for me and my family. On a Friday, two days prior to me walking into the Braintree dealership I had gotten a 2009 Corolla from another dealership in NH. Seeing how it was Friday night by the time I left I was unable to get it registered in order for me to take it home. Best thing that could have happened to me. After signing all the paperwork I went home and reviewed it. Some of the papers just didn’t look right and I started getting nervous about what I just agreed to. I ended up in Braintree on Sunday because my boyfriend wanted to lease a new car and he was smart enough to shop around to other dealers. He had an appointment for 11am with Brian in Braintree. I figured this would be a good opportunity to take my paperwork with us to have them look it over. After all, both dealership are for Toyota . When we walked in I kindly asked to talk to their finance manager to help go over my papers. That’s when I met Walace, my guardian angel. He was more than happy to help me. Within minutes of review everything he found so many mistakes that the other dealership did. The other place put down that my extended warranty was for only 100,000 miles when I purchased it for 125,000. They also charged me for another warranty that came free with the care because it was certified. The biggest mistake the other dealership did was hand me the title already signed over to me. My biggest fears of being screwed over by a car dealer were coming true. I was in an absolute panic. But sweet Walace told me not to worry and he would help me out. He spent half of his day helping me out. I test drove a 2010 Corolla and liked it a lot. That’s when I met Brian. He has got to me the nicest guy ever. He was really easy to talk to and made me feel like I have known him for years. I think it’s kinda funny that I did everything backwards. I met with the “closer” before I even got to met the salesman. The offer Walace was able to make on the 2010 car was 100% better than what the other dealership offered for a 2009. He was also able to offer me an incredible deal for a brand new 2011 Corolla. I had a big choice to make on which way to go. Seeing how it was a Sunday they couldn’t call the bank to confirm if my approval on the interest rate from the other dealer was good or not. So final approval would have to wait to the next morning. He told me he would call me by 9:30am to let me know how things turned out. By 9:35 my phone was ringing. I wasn’t really surprised when he told me that I was not approved for the loan in the way the other dealership said I was. Instead of 72 months, I was really only approved for 66 months. Walace told me the new figures for my monthly payments on each car with a shorter term loan. After some hard consideration I went with the new 2011. By 1pm on Monday my boyfriend and I were back in Braintree sealing the deal on our new cars. My boyfriend went first then when it was time for me Walace gave me the best news ever. He said he was able to get me approved for a 72 month loan. Walace is an absolute miracle worker and a life saver. For only an extra $2000 to my loan from the other dealership, I went from a 2009 Corolla to a 2011. Before I drove away a simple handshake and thank you to Walace just wouldn’t do. I attacked the poor guy with a huge hug. I cannot believe that I actually have a brand new car. After losing my house last year and my car blowing up the other day, finally something good has happened to me. When I brought the car home my daughter asked “So what are you naming this car?”…(I like to name my cars)….and before I could even think about figuring out a name I smiled said “Walace…Wally for short”. She looked at me like I had three heads but my boyfriend smiled and nodded his head in agreement. I am forever grateful for his honesty and devotion to protecting the Toyota name. There is a reason why this dealership has only 6 negative reviews out of 481, which two weren’t sales related and one review, the guy never even when to the dealership. This place protects both consumers and the Toyota’s reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you once again Walace and Brian for everything you have done for me and my boyfriend. More
