After much vehicle research, I was directed to this dealership where I was immediately greeted with respect. I was introduced to Benson who was an incredible salesperson, providing me with more than a dealership where I was immediately greeted with respect. I test drove both vehicles without any sales pressure and when asked which car I preferred, I was on the fence for both. Benson, did a great job illustrating points to make my decision on my 2012 Chevy Sonic. I was impressed with his ability to understand both my financial and installment needs, as well as my need for a vehicle which still had a good portion of the warranty still available. Benson and John both treated me with the utmost respect and consideration in every aspect and step of the purchase and Benson went a step above, when he had to drive 3 hours to assist with the vehicle registration in Vermont State due to rules and regulations. I had spoken with Jasmine on the phone a few days prior to my visit and asked for her when I could make it to the dealership. I caught her off guard I guess as she was surprised I asked for her. She turned me over to Eduardo Vivas who took great care of me explaining the specs of the Tacoma I ended up purchasing, took me for a test ride and made it possible for me to take the truck home the same day. I also have to mention how pleased I was with Don Richmond who jumped through hoops getting me some financing that I could live with. Very pleased with this dealership as I had purchased my last car there also and they didn't let me down this time either. More

Never at any time during finalizing the paperwork did I feel uncomfortable John Celesk was very professional and knowledgeable taking the time to go over all the option and details on the lease. Great dealership very low pressure and friendly . I saw the great online deals that they had so I went in and got a rav 4 at less than the price I was looking for . Tom went out of his way to handle our particular needs and make sure we got the right car. He was very informed and was able to answer any and all questions we had. A couple of days after the sale we noticed a center cap was missing on one of the wheels. I called Tom and he found one for us right away. We also appreciate working with Don Richmond on the extended warranty. We had another offer on an extended warranty from a bank. Don explained the advantages of the Toyota extended warranty and told us what to look for in a comparison and he was absolutely correct. We are glad to acknowledge the help and hard work Tom and Don put in to get us our car and will certainly be back to Tufankjian next time we’re in the market for a car.
