Ultimately, I ended up back at Braintree as they were not pushy and made sure I knew I had options, They actually encouraged me to go and shop around before making a decision of my purchase. Some of the other dealership contacted me several times a day after my initial visit trying to get me to come back to purchase a vehicle form them. that was a big turn off for me. Ruben was my sales rep and deserved to be recognized as an excellent sales rep who does not pressure clients to make a purchase. I was referred to the dealership by a friend. We made an appointment with Fred Zeiba. When arrived he was busy with another customer. We had a seat and waited.
