I wanted to switch over to a Prius C from a Rav 4 and not pay much more in a monthly payment. Bob was very straightforward and I felt he really cared for me and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. It was so helpful, and fast. In 1 1/2 hours I had test driven, worked out a deal and signed all my paperwork and got my new car. I am so happy that I made the switch to come to this Toyota dealership, I really felt well serviced, everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, especially Bob. When I picked up my car Bob spent about 45 minutes with me going over all the features, which these days is quite a bit to go over! As a result I felt very comfortable driving away and I know that he will always be available to help me in the future. Definitely the place to go for a Toyota! More

While I am not a negotiator, I felt that I was given a fair price for both the car I purchased and for my trade. Having a person who is a go-between with sales and service is a great idea. Bill gave me the information I needed to schedule a maintenance check up, which is included with the purchase. I would recommend Toyota of Braintree. Be prepared, though, to spend a great deal of time getting everything put together. I didn't expect to be there for 5 hours, but they were quite busy, and it took some time to get the financing taken care of. All-in-all a great experience. More
