I'm a car nut who has owned 10 different cars in the last 16 years of driving and I've never enjoyed the buying process until now. Their dealership is a super low pressure environment with first class customer service. All the people I interacted with are friendly, entertaining and interesting, as opposed to typical sales people who are just trying to get you in a car. I'm a bit of a bargain hunter, so I called/visited 5 dealerships throughout the state before ending up at Tufankjian, which happened to be close to home and offered me the best deal. The other dealers would send me a barrage of e-mails and leave me voicemails about car models that I wasn't even looking to purchase. Tufankjian respected my privacy and would only contact me with on-point information. When my wife needs a new car we'll be going back. More

It was such a pleasant surprise to meet Eduardo and enter through the process with someone who gave straight answers and truly cared about our family and our best interest. Part of our negotiations were done via email and even that was smooth and quick. From the moment I arrived on the lot at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree until the moment I drove off the lot in my new car, the service was outstanding From the moment I arrived on the lot at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree until the moment I drove off the lot in my new car, the service was outstanding! The salesman, Sunny Harish, greeted me with a smile and had the car ready to go for a test drive. He made me feel comfortable from the beginning and did not pressure me in any way. While my friend (car expert) and I took the car for a test drive, Sunny stayed back at the dealership to take car of the trade-in details and get other details in order. Upon our return about 30 minutes later, Sunny told us the details of the trade-in, fees, and was very up front and clear with us. Sunny then introduced us to Wallace Langame, the financing expert, to let us know what our next step would be in the process. Wallace was also very friendly and while he did have to try and sell us a few items such as tire service and insurance, he was completely straightforward with me at all times. I found my time with Wallace to be as easy going as my time with Sunny, and he also set me up with new plates and a state inspection sticker that both were completed before leaving. Sunny then introduced me to Greg Tufankjjian, who sat and talked with us for awhile to make sure we were completely satisfied. When I told Greg that my credit union had offered me a loan to buy the car at 2%, he took the time to see if the banks that work for the dealership could match that rate, He came back within five minutes and told us they could not, and that the rate we had been offered by the credit union was very good. I found Greg to be authentic and fair in every way. My overall experience buying a car at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree was remarkable in every way! I would highly recommend them to friends and family looking for a stress-free time buying a new or used car. Well done! More

Fred Zeiba and Bob Keough made the buying process stress free and worked with us to find our perfect new car, which we didn't make easy for them. We had to wait a bit for our car since we were picky about what we wanted, but we were kept informed and it was definitely worth the wait! Bob Hadges was very organized and made signing the important paperwork feel painless. Two visits to the dealership to buy the car and then pick it up...and not one ounce of stress or feeling of being pressured. We highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota and will definitely be back ourselves!!! More
