AMAZING 2015 HIGHLANDER EXPERIENCE !!!!!!! The team at this dealership is amazing. My wife and I along with our 2 young boys arrived at this dealership on Monday memorial day to buy a 2015 Highlander LE Plus. We have had many Toyota models and knew exactly what we wanted. We met Jordan in sales and let me tell you......this guy was AWESOME, no fake salesman with him. He is a very customer service oriented salesman who I believe really wants the best for his customers. Jordan was extremely helpful and the BEST I have dealt with at any Toyota dealership. He found us exactly what we wanted and the deal was sealed very soon after, no long drawn out deal. The sales Manager Mark then came over to assist Jordan in finishing the deal and let me tell you, this guy was the same way, ROCKSTAR in my books. Jordan and Mark were amazing to deal with and really seemed liked they cared about making another family happy with a major purchase. My family and I were extremely happy with our experience at this dealership as they went ABOVE AND BEYOND when they delivered our vehicle. We ran into some issues with some items prior to delivery such as our vehicle getting taken and leather installed on the seats instead of the fabric when it was not supposed to. Jordan called us right away and was extremely apologetic and offered us many options for a genuine accident. This vehicle was purchased for my wife and in the end Jordan, Mark, and EVERYONE at this dealership went above and beyond to make this buying experience RIGHT and VERY SUCCESSFUL in the end. My wife is extremely happy with her new 2015 Highlander and I am extremely happy with EVERYTHING. While at the dealership waiting for delivery I had a chance to meet one of the owners sons and let me tell you this guy was VERY GENUINE and very approachable. Usually in dealerships this does not happen, the Tufankin family and dealership is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. The owners son spent the time with me and had a very frank discussion that left me with the felling that my family and I will continue to purchase vehicles at this dealership due to the COMPLETE BUYING EXPERIENCE. I think their service is great and they are good at what they do. However, I do have a small issue with their website. When I logged on to schedule 30K service for my Rav4, I was given a choice of 3 service levels, Good, Better, Best. I opted for the good package but when I arrived, I was told that the Good package is not applicable and should get the Better one. It is a big deal to me because the price differential is fairly significant. If only two options are available then this should've been more upfront when I scheduled the service. I felt like when I went in I kind of got railroaded to a package I wasn't expecting to receive. Please update your website accordingly, since you already have my car's information in your database. Secondly, I think it's not much to ask that there be a shuttle working on Saturday. I live in Braintree, and would've rather gone home to wait for the car rather than go shopping at the area stores, which is what the service staff member suggested. Otherwise, I am highly pleased with the overall service of Braintree Toyota's service department and aside from these small issues, have always thought highly of the dealership.. More
