Excellent Service, Friendly People, Feel Like Family I first started e-mail communication with Ed Walsh for e-quotes on two vehicles that we were interested in purchasing. The quotes arrived in a very timely manner which helped in making a decision. When my wife and I arrived at the dealership Ed Walsh introduced us to Jordan Fehringer our Sales Associate at Toyota of Braintree. He was friendly and courteous. He showed us the models of the 2016 4Runner we were interested in and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. There was no hard sell nor was there any pressure to make a decision. He was excellent from start to finish. He also went the "extra mile" to satisfy us with our purchase. We were then introduced to Bill Detellis to discuss the "add ons" that we were interested in. He too was friendly and courteous. Finally we were introduced to Brian McGrath to work out the finances. Brian was friendly and courteous too. He found us the best loan rate available and walked us through all the costs associated with our purchase. Nothing was hidden and nothing was a surprise. The turnaround time from purchase to pick up was short, Saturday afternoon to Monday afternoon. I highly recommend each member of the sales team that we worked with at Toyota of Braintree. Generally, buying a car is about as much fun as having a root canal or being worked over by a gang of thugs, but this was actually enjoyable. Tony is a very easy going, pleasant young man with a helpful manner and a nice sense of humor. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't make me feel under any pressure. He did the usual going back and forth to the general manager, but they were very reasonable with the price we agreed to, and generous with what they offered me for a trade without making me do a dance. They agreed to repaint a door that was badly scratched, and it was perfectly done. I live two hours from the dealership, so Tony offered to drive the car up to deliver it to me at work. All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with Tony, and I would definitely buy a car from him again. More

I visited several small dealerships, as well as McGee Toyota, Braintree Toyota, and Expressway Toyota, and was compelled to buy the best car at Braintree Toyota for MANY reasons. 1. The Experience: Ruben Bourguignon was an awesome, honest and very diligent sales person. He and his fellow Internet Sales Manager Bob Hyman were so thorough in finding me the car that fit my family perfectly. They searched everything they had and updated me every few days with new cars coming in. They let me walk in and out 3 different times with no hassle and pure honesty. Arthur in finance was on top of getting me the best interest rate and warranties . 2. Car selection: After visiting so many dealerships, I learned that Braintree Toyota had the best deal and best quality, especially in the certified selection. Bob and Rubens led me to exactly what I wanted through sincere and excellent service. 3. Comparison: Ruben walked me thought car fax history, price comparison, mileage, quality, and many test drives while also being the owner of a Toyota himself. He answered all of my questions and didn't try to hustle me once. 4. Overall: I felt truly cared for throughout my entire search to purchase at Braintree Toyota. I was helped with getting the best car loan, registered and insured directly from the dealership and traded my car in with great value toward my new purchase.
