My experience at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree changed my perspective 100 percent. When I met Bob Wilfand , I was put immediately at ease. I told him that I was interested in the Toyota Highlander and he spent a great deal of time with me going through each of the models of the Highlander. He was so thorough, I had few questions When we found the vehicle that I liked,best, we took it out for a test drive and Bob reviewed and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle .bob offered suggestions and advice but was not pushy what- so -ever. When I got behind the wheel, I felt so comfortable because Bob had taken the time to go over the vehicle with me. . When it came to the financing, another area of challenge in the past, I met with Wallace. His welcoming and supportive demeanor made me feel comfortable right from the start! Wallace spent the time to get me financing to fit my budget in spite of some previous credit issues. In all honesty, I felt like family by the end of the entire process. From my first meeting with Bob Wilfand, I felt very comfortable. He introduced me to what Toyota had. We did a test drive. He then offered to let me take one home overnight and evaluate it. It was a fantastic vehicle and met the specs I I was looking for. The most difficult part was determining the color. Throughout the process I felt that Bob was professional and friendly. On delivery he spent an hour reviewing the switches and operation of the vehicle. I have never been so knowledgeable about a vehicle when I drove off the lot. More
