From my first meeting with Bob Wilfand, I felt very comfortable. He introduced me to what Toyota had. We did a test drive. He then offered to let me take one home overnight and evaluate it. It was a fantastic vehicle and met the specs I I was looking for. The most difficult part was determining the color. Throughout the process I felt that Bob was professional and friendly. On delivery he spent an hour reviewing the switches and operation of the vehicle. I have never been so knowledgeable about a vehicle when I drove off the lot. More
