Jordan Fehringer did a great job showing us almost every Highlander on the lot and was great at answering every question we had. Both my husband and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman to purchase our vehicle from. He did all the legwork ensuring delivery of the vehicle on time as promised. What a great guy ! Ian Merrill was our salesman when we first came to Braintree Toyota three years ago, he sold us three vehicles then and he welcomed us back with open arms, this time servicing us from the financing area. Ian went out of his way to ensure fast delivery and a smooth transition between vehicles. Ian made sure I had a loner to use while transitioning to my new vehicle. He and Jordan did a fantastic job taking care of the details and we are grateful to them for their efforts. Carlos Ortega, was also there three years ago when we purchased our first vehicles , we thoroughly enjoyed doing business with him. He is very knowledgeable, patient and an all around great guy..
