Wonderful experience I went to Toyota of Braintree in hopes to buy or lease a car. Never leasing previously I wasn't positive if it would be in my best interest. Also not really knowing what model I was going for. After meeting Scott Vallintini he really helped me find the best car for me. He was never pushy and really let me feel out my options. He was very knowledgeable about every car. I chose the 2017 Toyota Corolla se and I decided to go with a lease. From there I was introduced to Ian Merrill who was in charge of the financial aspect. He also was great to work with. He went over every detail and was very clear about how leasing was going to work. I felt very comfortable leaving his office knowing I was in good hands. Overall an absolute great experience. I recommend this beautiful dealership to anybody and these two men to send them in the right direction. More

The car I was meant to be in...... My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 mon My experience will definitely be a memorable one. I went to Toyota Braintree looking for a specific vehicle and I found. It was used, but only 8 months old. I bought it on Wednesday but unfortunately was was back there on Thursday, in the service dept. because of an issue the car was having and was back there again on the following Monday. So needless to say I was not a happy camper. Steve and Sunny where amazing to work with during this whole process, Steve gave me his cell phone and answered every call and every text I sent him during this time. On Monday when I dropped the car off at the service department, I went around front to talk to someone from the Mgmt. Team and that's when I met Carlos. Carlos was amazing, I honestly just wanted to sit and cry, after all this was a new car (at least to me) and I was back for a 2nd time in 5 days. Carlos listened to me complain and researched the whole situation and helped make it right. He worked with me until we came up with a solution, which ultimately put me in a new car, even though he didn't have to. His ultimate goal was to see me happy with both my decision in vehicle and Toyota of Braintree. Carlos put me with Wallace who walked me through everything that we needed to do to get me in the new car. He put me at ease and promised it would be an easy process, which it was. He called me a couple of times during that day to make sure I knew each step he was taking and to reassure me that everything was going to be ok and the whole time I was with him he did nothing but smile and make me feel better about the whole situation. To make a long story short, I drove off the lot today with my 2017 RAV4 SE - the perfect color - the perfect car. I could not have asked for a better team to work with or a better outcome. Honest and straight forward during negotiations. That said, the finance guy I dealt with was extremely shady and dishonest. He moved fast and tried to slip a few past me that would have cost me thousands. Bottom line...Very happy with Joe Lawlor on the sales side...Finance guy was a jerk. More
