I wandered around, looking at cars in the rain, feeling sorry for myself. When I finally got up the nerve to speak to a human, everything changed. Tony D. was helpful and encouraging and we found a car that I love every time I climb into it... And Brian M. made the scary part (the $$ part) gentler and more understandable than I thought it could be. Long and short? Big shiny place, lots of shiny cars... Really helpful humans.
