My RAV4 Experience I purchased a RAV4 SE three weeks ago. I love the car and I am very happy I purchased it. There were a few issues with my purchase and that is why I g I purchased a RAV4 SE three weeks ago. I love the car and I am very happy I purchased it. There were a few issues with my purchase and that is why I gave an average rating. The first issue was that I was told there was a starter in the car and when I went to pick it up, was told the starter was removed so they could "certify" the vehicle. I was then told the starter was not factory installed so it would not pass certification with the starter in it. I asked for a starter to be put in it as I purchased the car with the thought that it had a starter (this would not have changed my purchase choice) but was informed I would need to pay for it! The second issue was the driver's side floor mat was missing; first I was told that the car was certified as is and if the mat is missing then that is how it comes. I argued this point more and was told they will get me one, three weeks later and many phone calls to check the status and I still do not have a mat! I was told they are working on getting me one. I sure hope it comes soon!!!!! More

We had a little mix up at delivery when we went to pick it up, but Steve worked to get the correct vehicle in place, offered to deliver the paperwork and the vehicle to my office, and ultimately came in on his day off to meet with us to be sure wee were happy with the vehicle and the experience. Steve took what could have been a serious blunder and black mark and turned it into an exceptional display of customer service. Thanks Steve for going above and beyond. Thanks too to Ian Merrill who had to do the paperwork twice. He made it pleasant, efficient and overall an enjoyable experience. More
