He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for. He lined me up to meet with a few of his sales staff. Then he went to worked finding the car and color that would interest me. He went above and beyond what I expected and was professional and treated me with great care! While I was there, I met with Mike Toomey. Mike made it easy for me to understand the options of buying vs leasing, based off what would best fit my needs. Danny Nunez made me feel comfortable while I was testing out different vehicles. He was knowledgeable, courteous and I have to say the customer service I received from Danny was outstanding! Arthur Martel was amazing, he was able to work with my budget and was able to get me financed. My overall buying experience was hassle free with absolutely no pressure. I can honestly say that I felt peace of mind driving off the lot, and I will most definitely be back. A month later we were ready to purchase and came right back to him. He remembered us which I wasn't expecting but it made the experience that much more pleasant. Joe was even accommodating to my impatient 1 year old, and got her a balloon to occupy her while we did paper work. Joe & Don Richmond made everything simple for us and got everything done in one day I was able to drive my car home the same day! I bought my 2012 Corolla, and then assisted my company in purchasing their Corolla and now upgraded my personal vehicle to a beautiful 2017 Corolla. The overall experience with the entire dealership has always been wonderful from the sales team, management to service. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to help. I worked with Gerry Gorham this time around and was very pleased with my experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and wanted nothing more to see me walk away happy and with what I wanted. Also worked with Don Richmond both times I purchased my personal vehicles and he is always so positive and pleasant to sit with and work with.
