I was pretty sure that I would return to Toyota of Braintree to lease a Highlander XLE for a 2nd time but did my due diligence by checking out several other dealerships. None came close to what I was looking for. Happily Fred Zieba, my former sales representative (now a Sales Manager) was still there. After assessing my needs and assuring me that he still "under-promise but over-deliver", Fred introduced me to his protegee, Scott Vallatini who did an awesome job of seamlessly moving me through the entire process, paying attention to every detail. Brian McGrath, the Finance Manager sealed the deal - their offer was the best of any dealership - and again, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. And when I thought it was over, Kenny Tempo walked me through the final check list, leaving me with the sense that this was in fact my dealership. It's clear that Toyota of Braintree's success can be attributed to its strong sense of family as evidenced by the warm congratulations and smiles from all - whether or not they were involved in the actual transaction.
